Zolucky has beautiful photos, but when you receive the item, it looks NOTHING like the photo. When you wish to return your item that looks nothing like the photo, too bad, you will have to ship it back to China, and it will cost you more than your item. As a final measure, they'll offer 15% of your purchase price for your unusable item. Oh, but will only apply it to one of the three items you purchased that are horrible. Learn from my mistake, and avoid this scam.
Update: After posting this review, suddenly I was offered 35% back IF I would remove my post. So now you know this is the company you are dealing with. Confirms the scam that it is.
Use caution before finalizing your order, especially with your size choice. I had desired a 3x and was sent a Small. I am guessing that the size reset when I went back to look at more items.
The material is/was disappointing on the dresses. The shirts were ok. The sizes of the tops and dresses run small. I need to return 2 items. I hope that will go smoothly.
I'm not used to shopping online, but given zolucky's very good prices, I wanted to try a pair of sandals. I loved them! The price and quality are very good, I think I will buy it from you again, Im very happy!

The dress I got is nothing like the one in picture, to long and way to wide... no shape at all. Their "easy" return... the company in located in China! I have to pay for shipment and posible custom fees so they recommend instead of sending back, wrich will cost more then this dress itself, discount for your next purchase! Realy?

Took too long to arrive. Not what I expected; I ordered what said was a sweatshirt & it was more like a tshirt. Sweatshirts have fleece inside to keep you warm.

Beautiful shoes, they are a brilliant product, I cannot stress enough how comfortable they are and how light they feel, especially in the sun! The price is worth it. I couldn't be happier with your online purchase and service.
BUYER BEWARE. The pictures you see are NOT what you receive. The clothes look beautiful in the photos, but the items I received appear to be inferior knock-offs with cheap fabric and poor fit and construction. The positive reviews I've seen read like a translation into English. Need I say more? I should have googled Zolucky before I bought. With all the problems people have had with Customer Service and the cost of returning, I'm not going to bother, but lesson learned.

I love the clothes and discounts. Site is easy to use. Now I just need to see the items I ordered to know if I'll be buying again.
REALLY HAPPY! I have already bought twice and will buy again: D The first order was for 3 dresses that are beautiful. While they don't fit as well as they do on the website, I can tell you it's only because I'm shorter and heavier than the models they wear. I wore one of the dresses for a dance!
After shopping and finding some items I really liked, I got to shipping and almost canceled my order. I don't know that I will be shopping with you in the future, because of your shipping. I have many other places that have similar items and there shipping is reasonable or free.

This was my first order from Zolucky, and I am very pleased. The items I purchased are quality made items, and the prices were very good. Shipping was faster than I expected, which is good because I purchased these items for part of my daughters' Christmas presents. I hope they like then as much as I do.
Styles are up to date. I was looking for embroidered jeans and zolucky has a large selection. Quality is decent. Yes, I will consider shopping there again. Only thing about this site that I question…I probably purchased some items several years ago, and they are still being shown. Is this because they sold so well, that more stock is available? Or is this because they sold so badly that they are still available?

I order several items from this Zolucky. One item was delivered, a cap that cost $9.99. The company AKA as Superlink International Lifestyle Co. Ltd, canceled the remaining shipment. I reported this to PayPal and had a back and forth. They said they would refund $60.15 of the original $85.13 order, IF I closed the ticket. I closed the ticket. Still NO REFUND. I recommend that you look for reviews for Superlink International Lifestyle before buying anything.

The shirts did not fit they were to small. They made it impossible to return. They wanted pictures to show what was wrong with the shirts. Then basically they would not take them back or give credit. Will not be ordering from Zolucky again!
Not even close to what the pictures look like. CHEAP CHINESE GOODS. I wouldn't even call it "GOOD." Quality was terrible as many items were thin knit when advertised either as a sweater or a coat. Some were extremely thing knit with just screen printing, not real textile weave. Colors were way off. Most of the small sizes were also way too big. I had ordered many items as Christmas gifts and when I opened the packages to get items ready to wrap, after being out of town, I was so upset and disappointed. And because I was outside of the 15 day return time frame, because I had been out of town, they refused to accept any returns. This site is a rip off. I ordered over 10 different items and only 1 is remotely close to what was advertised. So I paid over $200 total and am only able to wear 1 item. When I try to write reviews on the zolucky website, it won't allow me to complete each text box field and thus complete any reviews. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

For some reason, your company keeps sending me "double & triple" of the ONE item I ordered! This poor quality control on YOUR part!
I certainly DO NOT need 2 & 3 of the same products! And why should I go thru the hassle of returning products that YOU send to me double & triple fold? I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau & will now notify the District Attorney's office!

I saw the Zolucky site and it looked like they had some cute stuff, so I thought I'd give it a chance, and give someone other than Amazon my business.
I placed an order with Zolucky a month ago and it still hasn't arrived.
I checked in and was assured that it's coming soon. Actually, it's only 1/2 of the order, because according to my order tracker with them, the rest of the items are being "Processed". It's absurd! I wish they would tell customers that they should order items in the summer if you want to have them delivered by Christmas. I also wish they sent out a message letting me know the status or my order. I got a message thanking me for my order and letting me know that they would email me when the order shipped-that email never came.
I will never purchase from them again.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
