Horrible delivery time. Sweaters were actually smocks. Garbage. Blouses were cheaply made. Don't waste your money. Products not as pictured. Over a month for delivery to arrive. Way over priced. Company should be ashamed of trying to sell this stuff.

The shirts were beautiful but just to big for me. Sent a return label and am returning today as where I am in California we have been busy trying not to wash away with the floods. Not high and dry, just sopping wet!
I advised Zolucky that I was going to return items that were too large. The shipment receipt advised that I would receive an email in 48 hours if an authorized return address. That was 2 weeks ago & still have not received it!

I was looking forward to this dress and can't believe what came. It has little resemblance. Plus super short and I'm only 5"1". Look at poor sewing - the 'jewels'! 4 out of 6 items I ordered did not fit well. Very hard to return for credit also! Company in China, mailing fees high. Will not order from this company again.

Items were delivered 3 weeks after ordering. Quality is VERY poor (I should have realized you get what you pay for). Items must be returned to their location in Guangzhou, China at purchaser's expense. It will cost me $150 to return $125 worth of merchandise. Regret wasting good money on this company.

The clothing is way too big and not of very nice material. The shoes are supposed to be European size 43, but are at least 2 sizes smaller than that by my estimation. I appreciate the consideration of my request for 50% return of my payment and Beatrice, the agent was very helpful. I still would not recommend purchasing from this company if you value well made, appropriately sized garments and shoes. Since the products come from Hong Kong, returns are not logical due to cost. I recommend you shop elsewhere.

Wish I'd known that I had to pay for any shipping charges to return an item. Fair warning! The order takes longer than normal & each item's sizing differed greatly. Example, one xl was huge seemed more like an xxl & another xl was more like a medium.

I fell in love with these clothes as soon as I saw them on the site. The styles are unique, and the prices are terrific. Unfortunately, I haven't received my order yet. It's been a month since I placed it, so I'm pretty disappointed. I know the holiday season is crazy though, so I'm trying to be patient. Just can't wait to get my clothes!

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
