I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.

I wear a large so ordered large. Items were at least XXL. One was wrong color. Material was awful, one top looked like a tent. Won't be ordering again. Not sending back as not spending more money on this poor quality merchandise. Throwing away.

It was my first time ordering. Your product have good pictures and excellent descriptions. I hope I love them in person. I usually do not buy clothes online.
I ordered nine (9) items...
It's been over a month and received two (2) packages, bringing five (5) of the items.
Two (2) shirts are the wring size.
A pair of socks do not match the color ordered.
And the purse resembles something from a Halloween costume: Very small and cheaply made.
I contacted customer support and was told they will try to do better on my next order.
Zolucky stated they could do any exchanges or returns on this order.
So, basically, you are stuck with what you receive, even if it is not what you ordered.
I would not order anything from this scam outfit!

Excellent. The team at this online boutique was fast and friendly from start to finish, the online shopping experience was very good, which surprised me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for clothes with a very beautiful embroidery design, whether it is for work, gifts or holidays.
The photo of the long dress on their web site was interesting enough for me to order one. It looked like made of light-weight denim and had an uneven hemline. Well, what I FINALLY received, looked nothing like the photo. It is made out of some heavier polyester fabric but don't know for sure as no label, no washing instructions, nothing. It looks and hangs on me like a big bag and the hem is straight. SO, I decided to return it but
that apparently is impossible. Their on-line procedures say to fill out form, and wait 48 hours for "authorization". Well, I have done this 3 times, waited each time, and gotten no response. What a rip off!
Note: I'm over 80 and don't know how to send photos and other proof but used my Citi Credit card.

All far too big. But since you are in China I was advised it would be too expensive and take a long time to return. I should just take them in myself. And received around $15 refund.

In our order the fabric was very nice quality but not what we expected and doesn't seem breathable as we normally need for our climate in this season and dry clean only was a surprise on one item which I gently washed anyway and seems mostly ok results. I have ordered several things from this website and every single dress and blouse is incredibly poorly made. They also do not accept returns and after many back and forth emails they will refund 50% of what you paid.

Nice top that was true to the image advertised on the website. Super affordable and pretty decent quality. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative or on a tight budget but wants new trendy clothes.

Online buyer for the first time of leggings from this website. I bought some to bite my ankles, as they have pockets, which are very useful for my phone. They feel so light and amazing, I just love them. The sizing guides were great as they fit my daughter and me perfectly. We will not be going back to any other brand now, I have ordered 2 pairs of leggings now in 2 different colors and it only took me a couple weeks to deliver.
Some knitted items are amazing.

Several shirts, dresses were wrong sizes- Large was small, not even medium (dress), could not put it on. Nor sure of possible to return any item.
I have commissioned a lot from this website during the year and am very satisfied. If you pay attention to size and customer reviews, it is easier to buy and get what fits. The quality is excellent for the price. The Style Gallery is also a fun way to shop because you can see how it looks on different people. Returns are easy, especially through PayPal! Customer service is also helpful if you need it, you usually get a response within a few hours. At first I was hesitant, but after the first couple of orders, now I do.
What you actually get is a very cheap, flimsy, and poorly sewn item. Return costs and fees are up to the customer. I returned my purchase as directed on a $100.87 order (dresses.)The return cost was $44.75 for 2 pounds 5 ounces. It was two months and several emails before my original purchase was refunded.

The dresses and blouses in this online boutique are of good quality, exactly as on the website, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order at my house, the shipping took longer than expected, because I live a bit far away, but it is worth it.
The sizes run super small. The company is in China. They don't tell you that. When everything runs too small you should know in advance YOU have to pay to Ship it to China including customs costs. Also, your credit card gets charged foreign fees. They don't tell you that either. My order was split up into three shipments. Once I realized how small everything ran, I cancelled future pending orders. They returned half the price. I told them don't ship the rest. They shipped it anyway. Of course it did not fit. They definition of NAVY is really grey. The materials are really cheap and poorly made. Buy American or at least a company you can return to in your own country. Be forewarned they are made based on Asian body sizes not American. Their medium is a small in the USA. Poor customer service. Don't waste your money you will be disappointed.

Not only did it take weeks to get my order (bought in November 2020), but due to their 15-day return policy they refused to take back a Christmas present for my wife which was a sweater that did not fit. Antiquated return policies and poor customer service make for bad business. I will never purchase from Zolucky again.

Everything looks so cute and there are many cute items. However, the pics do appear better in quality. The item are pretty cheaply made. I have never had to pay for return shipping and did not think that far ahead as I ordered of course with the intention of them fitting.
They were forthright with their policy and allowed me the opportunity to keep items with a 30 % refund instead of having to pay the shipping and customs fees

My new Pants are like the photos on this website: Good quality, with double and wide band at the waist that in turn contains an elastic that does not seem to bother. For young or modern women of any age, very cheerful and modern, and fabric thick enough not to pierce.

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.
