I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.
I have tried a large number of shopping websites, however this one was exceptional among other encounters I have had. Many clothes, High quality and many styles, Also, the lowest costs. Really suggested, I have requested some tops for myself and my sister. Thank you very much.
Personally, it is difficult for me to shop at a physical store and find items that fit my body type and style, but this website has it all to my liking. I love their fashion sense and great low prices, but check the size chart before ordering.
I bought for the first time in this cute online boutique! Buy 2 very cute sweaters, one white and one pink with a very chic printed message! Shipping is normal these days, and both are fresh, I love how they look on me! I definitely recommend them!
I only buy the perfect dresses in this online boutique, it is what I was looking for a fitted dress and a long one. The shipment comes very well packed and adapts perfectly to my body. At the moment I have washed one of the dresses and it has no color loss, although I recommend not washing it with hot water. They are comfortable and pleasant to the touch. It would be nice if there were more fun colors.
I previously wrote a review because I was disappointed that my order did not arrive. They arrived today and I am very happy, the quality is great and they fit very well. The online customer service was also very helpful. A recommendation would be to make sure that the clothes are delivered on time, since this generates dissatisfied customers, but I understand that due to the pandemic it may take much longer than expected!
The site was easy to navigate, no glitches, product arrived on time and great price - but very poor quality. You get what you pay for. The site advertises their apparel with nice eye catching promotion, but it's cheap and shabby looking when you get it. My mom wanted a pair of shoes from this site. I was wary. You will be very disappointed. And even though the company gets back to you promptly, and you can return items, you really won't. It has to be shipped back to China, make it through customs and actually costs more than what you paid. They will refund you 15%, and promptly, but it's a waste of time and money.
None of my items matched the picture and/or description on the website. Things said suede and embroidered and they were neither suede nor embroidered, instead they were blurry images, and super cheap material, the suede item looked like a paper bag. Further, I received items that had holes in them, and were broken, customer service has been impossible to deal with stating it is not their problem, they offer a percentage back, but not worth it. Sending items back costs more than the items themselves. My next step is to report them to the better business bureau as this site is fraud. I was charged for items never sent. This has been a nightmare. Lastly, they now have a new name NoraCora, so beware of them too!

Most of it was very easy. It took a long time to receive order. Clothes were not the same as they looked on line. Quality was definitely less. I hated that you could not speak to a customer service representative. This made everything take longer to resolve any questions that came up about order.
I think things could have been resolved much sooner if I could have talked to customer service instead of emails back and forth.
It was easy to order clothes looked great online and great prices. It was somewhat downhill from there.
I liked them and they were very stylish.

The products are not as pictured! They use poor quality fabrics and designs. They refuse to accept returns or give a refund. They have no address that is returnable! I wrote 3 times corresponding and filled out their "fake: return forms with pictures only to be told that the only thing they would do is refund me 15%! This site is a total scam! Stay away!

I have to pay my own shipping and handling which will be close to paid for products I've ordered.
And cannot return the final sale items.
The products are cheapest ones I've ever seen.

I emailed a few times with no resolve. Every time I inquire they give me the same tracking #'s that has not updated since March 30th. I placed an almost $200.00 order with them.
Starting to think this is a scam! I asked at what point are my packages considered lost in transit and give me a refund? They will not refund me while the packages are in transit... what if they never show up as it has been almost 4 weeks. They offered me a $5.00 coupon as being a valued customer, seriously? Like I would ever order from them again!

I love all the pretty tops I've purchased. However, sizes are not uniform. It's difficult to judge what size I might need from one item to the next. I've been ordering a size larger than usual, but then I ordered a sweatshirt type of top, and it was too small. But the merchandise itself is really nice.

Awesome online clothing shopping destination I have bought several times here. Always easy and delivered on time. The customer service team is extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and will buy again!
The quality of the clothes is one dollar value, if that much. The items do not match the picture or description of what was sold. The sizes are off too. Cheaply made poorly printed fabric. Very disappointed. 1 start is a great rating for the items I received. I will donate everything since it is not wearable. Just wonder about all these positive reviews. I assume they come from the people that the company paid for.

I don't know where all the positive reviews come from, but their products took over a month to be received and looked absolutely nothing like pictured. The pictures showed nice cottony materials and in reality looked like vinyl tablecloths and the colors were off. For the price, I didn't have really high expectations, but this is unacceptable! Bait & Switch to the extreme!

I have made several purchases of clothes in this online clothing store. The online process was very easy to do! I have ordered several blouses and a sweater, I was very happy with all! Customer service handled my questions in a timely manner via email, even when I asked for too small an order, they responded quickly and helped me get the correct size. I like to track shipments, you know exactly when they will arrive!

Bought two items for a Birthday gift and to see how the products compare. The tops were very nice; quality appeared excellent; reasonable delivery time and worth the wait.

Do NOT shop from this company! I wish I had known beforehand to read the reviews before I made a purchase. Once receiving the merchandise, they don't look as advertised! When you try to return, you get an email requesting you to keep the merchandise and they will give you 15% of the total back! I refused that crazy offer, which would've only given me $9.59 of my $64.00 total.
To make matters worse, they have the audacity to send you a Return Shipping Label that ships all the way to CHINA!

I sincerely appreciate your website where I have bought most of my clothes, the best advice is that if you buy something like a tight dress or a shirt with straight bands, it is better to order a larger size, so that everything is more fluid or can be fixed.
Before ordering, I had never heard of this online boutique. I was talking about the opportunity to buy, but to my surprise, it was totally amazing. Fast service great shipping. The sweater is of high quality and I will ask again without a doubt. Thanks for that great first experience

I can understand why many of the other reviewers are upset about the returns because I was a bit discouraged at first when I read that, but decided to take a chance and don't regret it once!
