I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.

What you have to do is be guided by the indications of measurements according to size. And meter in hand, choose the right size, the design is very beautiful. All i got was cheap cotton looking clothe and when i tried to return they said clothe come from China which would cost me more to return one dress and if I kept it they would refund me 15% which felt like extortion. Either you return it and pay out of pocket highly to return dress, or you keep it, and we return practically nothing to you for the unwanted item

Don't buy on Zulucky if you want to be stuck with something you want to return due to high cost to return and they will only offer to return 15% if you keep product. Which is suggested since, they enquire it cost more to return product to china then keep it.

I ordered some goods for my partner and got an email from sitejabber asking how Zolucky did. I waited the more than 48 hours to make sure the product was delivered. It never was. I reached out to Zolucky, as told to do through sitejabber and after another week no response from Zolucky. My suggestion is to be very careful with ordering through this company, it may be legitimate, but as a business they do not perform to any standard at all.

Have as much time as needed and a lot of patients. Understand that you may not receive your item at all.

Of the four things I ordered, the first two came in about six weeks, and we're quite obviously not what was pictured. One of the sweaters had been cut, and itchy cheap lace hot glued around the collar. The fabric is stiff and scratchy and stretched out in bottom. I had to contact them to see where the other two items were, and were told they would rush the factory to make them. Not even made yet! Since the first two were poor quality and not what I thought I ordered, I asked for a refund. She stopped responding, and I had to start again. Don't believe the four star ratings. They must be fake.

The tremendous variety of designs is what sticks to my head. This online boutique has so many choices in clothing and accessories that it was amazing to be able to find exactly what you were looking for. Delivery was quick and smooth
I love 3 of the dresses I bought, however, 1 dress and a top are way too big. You have to be very careful to check the material they're made of and how the model is wearing the item. I. e., picture showed model with a short sleeve t-shirt but she had just scrunched up the sleeves--it was really a long-sleeve t-shirt! And lots of times, the model tucks in the front of the shirt, so it looks like it has an interesting hem cut instead of just straight across!
It's still ongoing, but one of the shirts I ordered wasn't anything like the shirt I received. I took pictures and sent them to customer service and they were to escalate them to another department. Haven't heard anything back from that yet!

The website was easy to navigate however the shipping time took well over a month. The clothing looks nothing like what you see in the pictures and the material is terrible. It says cotton but its some weird polyester material that is very ill fitting. The clothes were also extremely oversized and thin.

Ordered clothes that looked like each had taken 45 seconds to assemble: fabric bulging out from seams; the tail end of a zipper left hanging down inside a garment, rough edges of fabric sticking out from a collar. Despite the advertised "easy returns" it's only once you ask for a refund that you learn you'll have to pay to send merchandise back TO CHINA. In order to get your money back. In the event you don't want to do that, the happy Zolucky staff offers to refund 15% of your order's purchase price. Total Scam.

I bought a size M long sleeve dress online here, but I could still buy a larger number because the shape is small! Product quality is good and warm inside! Like the product, it is not necessary for me to have this seam in the middle, but most of all I am happy with my purchase.
A little confusing with "chance" at free & 10% discount. Last purchase resulted in return dispute. Blouse arrived with sleeves too long. Stitching is incomplete and material is cheap. Blouse is fragile and made to snag or just fall apart with every wearing. She is making do as Seller requires that returns be made to China!
Just saw the ad and pretty sandals are so hard to find. (so many of them are very masculine). May need to return these due to size.
I ordered 10 items five of which were so small that I couldn't even get them on they were stated as an extra large and then other items look like they were XXX so I wanted to return them they would not give me the address in China they said well how about we give you a 15% cash credit to your next order and you can go have the items tailored. I requested a return receipt to send it back waited never got anything asked again they said your pastor 7 days you can't return your items. So I spent $142 and out of the items I can't wear five of them. If you do decide to order from these people make sure you go up a size because everything is small extra large is more like a medium. I won't waste my time with this company ever again.

Like the designs and color palettes. Prices are great. However, the sizing is all over the place. It's not consistent. Size 38 shoes too small. Medium top too small. Large top really big. And they don't do exchanges. And customers have to return items to China when the company has a west coast address. I just don't like how they do business. I'm stuck with two tops that don't fit and will cost me a lot to return and then reorder. It's not working for me. I love the styles but won't reorder.

This company doesn't deliver what it posts on its site. I ordered 2 items that had an IVKO label in the ad. There should be a law that prevents displaying one thing and sending something quite different. I ordered 4 other items also. All are very cheap knock- offs and are very poorly copied at that. The items must be returned to China and it is not an easy go. Very disappointing!

Fabric content is not sufficient; 'miniscule stretch' and 'polyester blend' is not enough. Please give full fabric content-- for instance you could say '64% cotton, 30% polyester, 6% lycra'. Also, be specific about your descriptions. Some captions read 'woven shirt', but then you say in the material content that it is 'jersey stretch'. This contradicts your first statement. Also, pictures should show front, back and sides of garment-- not just the front. Closer zoom options should be available - much closer up.
Didn't realize they were shipping from China. Waited a long time for delivery. Never got the whole shipment. Came in multiple shipments over months. Material was cheap. I should have known given the price. The sizes are not accurate - way too small. The earrings I ordered hurt my ears- they were not hypoallergenic. Can't wear them. When I tried to return everything, it was way too expensive to ship it back to China and they warned it could take a long time to get a refund if at all. They offered a 15% refund. I have a box full of clothes and jewelry I can't use. The worst clothes buying experience EVER!

Long time waiting for pages to load. Mens section stinks.
Consider adding a 'note' page to send along with gifts.
Provide a place for 'billing' address and 'shipping' address.

I have now ordered two times from this site. The clothes looked cute online. The first order came weeks late and the quality of the items is terrible. I gave it one more try. I ordered items for valentines day two weeks ago. The items have not arrived. They have not even been shipped. I know they give bargain prices, but I guess the old adage, 'you get what you pay for' is true in this case. Never again.
