1. They charged me for 3 years and after 10 months when the google changed its algorithm, zoom web could not fix my email. So, they simply pulled my website down and my old vista print website that I designed was up again. Why did I pay them $1200 for web design and hosting when I will be left with my old website.
2. They did not give me a source code, at least I could hire someone else to host it.
3. they charged my credit card twice and wanted to keep it for marketing which I declined, and they returned the second charge. It happened twice, once when I paid for website and once when i paid for 3 year hosting.
4. no one cares to respond now- I am taking them to court

I was not very sure if I should award the web designing project to Zoomwebmedia when they contacted me for the first time. But I am happy that I choose them and they were extremely professional and delivered the project in just 2 weeks... 3 cheers to Zoomwebmedia..

Extremely rude and unprofessional. They call my business repeatedly and then say they can't remove my number from their list. I feel sorry for anyone who falls for their scam. Don't believe any of their 5* reviews.

Worst company to deal with.
I have given a fair chance to these people but later on i realized every call is costing me money so finally decided to stop their services. I called up my bank & got a refund.

Because i've been scammed by these individuals... once they had my visa number they made a couple of attempts to produce a website, both in Russian and immediately without my permission billed my visa twice totaling $1,280 of which 7 months later i am trying to get back to no avail... dont trust these people they are a bunch of crooks... if you notice most of their five star ratings come from their fellow Indians probably employed by Zoom Web Media... run when you get a call from them
