This company is based in India and complete scam.
This company has fleeced money from me promising me a website landing page and social media management. They didn't deliver any part of the project. They have fired their project managers and did not assign anyone to complete the work. They didn't even return my money. They have produced falsified documents to Paypal and Paypal didn't refund me any money.
Stay away from Indian IT companies.

I was not sure to hire them at first yet they promised to improve the bad condition of my website which was not getting me any customers. Well, at this moment I feel that I took a great decision of hiring them because it has not only increased the demand for my services but also I am getting great feedbacks for my services. This is something that I have always wanted and I am very happy that this company did a lot for my business website. I spoke to Ryan this morning and he was very educated in his though process with SEO Optimization. He was very honest with me and told me a lot of relevant information to help with my rankings on Google. He advised me about on-site optimization which can help my business along with what i was currently doing PPC. I recognize he took his time out from his day to speak to me which means a lot these days since most people wouldn't unless they were being paid. I give his company 5 stars for being honest with their client's and not just leading customers on like most SEO companies would.

Took money from credit card without authority, then talked me into having the work done and site hosted. I already had a site and they wanted info to transfer it. I gave them ftp credentials, and they somehow couldn't do it. I gave them my cpanel info, and then I get warning notice from hosting service about copyright infringement. The site had been removed by the time I got to look.

They took money for hosting for five years (which was not approved) and have not given me any information for access to portal, and again, I have no site!

I decided to go with this company because their words were promising from the beginning and they kept their word till the end. They were handling the PPC for my business and they really did well because I felt the benefit from my side of the business. I really appreciate what they are doing for my company and would continue to work with them for the promotion of my business.

These guys are just scammers. Professionals at it as well. They will suck you in, with their very persuasive talk about Google and SEO.
No chance of getting your money back, so don't go near them for any service.

BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD. They even used me for a reference for another Customer whom they screwed as well. Hundreds of Dollars and a year later still no satisfaction. I am unsure if rep Keith is still associated with this business. I have recently sent emails and no response. The whole experience has been a disaster and very expensive at the same time. The word that comes to mind is "Scammers" and "Incompetent" is another.

I just had someone ring me from Zoom Web Media.
After he rambled on for about 2 mins, I asked him if he was trying to sell me something.
His reply was "I am not selling you anything. This is not my intention at all."
So my response to him was that if he wasn't selling anything, it would mean he would be "giving" me something with no strings attached.
And his response? "No ma'am, i'm not selling you anything, I'm giving to you a service. All you have to do is pay a one-time fee."
When I tried to explain to him that he was selling me a service because he was charging me, he denied it again and again. The fact that he was so dishonest really put me off. Why should I give him the time of day when he is obviously a liar!
