I was looking for some bathroom tile that only Home Depot had but it was very expensive. Zoro had it for 1/3 less and free shipping. My contractor took forever to complete the remodeling and the window had passed by a month and a half to return some of the tile. I called Zoro and the customer representative said she would credit my account for the one box I wanted to return, and I didn't even have to return the box. I will definitely shop here again.
Nothing should take 7 days to arrive. If you need something in the very distant future, this is a good place to get it. Btw, the website sucks. Take note from how mcmaster carr.

Ordered a ladder and was told it would be delivered on 7/28. It never showed. The wait for customer service is the worse ever. I would never order from them.
If only i had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. The item did arrive however it was too large so returned it for a refund. THATS WHERE YOUR PROBLEMS WILL START. Had to ask twice for a returns number (you cant just return the item, They need to ok it first) after waiting some time and no returns number arrived i took it upon myself to send the parcel back. I never heard a thing back from them SO i emailed them again to which they emailed back saying can you prove you sent it back (can you imagine all companies acted this way with returns). I sent them the Parcel Force signed for picture with the guy stood next to the parcel, not enough for this company, next i received an email asking what address i sent it to. Its clear they are dodging the refund and i will now need to take them to the small claims to get my money back. This only costs £17 in Scotland but what a faff. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE...
Made a purchase on a fan motor on 6/24/22, still no package or tracking or response from customer service. It is now 7/19/22. Pathetic, will not order from again.

I have always ordered from Zoro and understand they have stock product and also third party so they may take longer. I really like the company and friendly staff when you call.
I am restoring the 1909 transmission. I miss measured the gasket material I need. Even though it was my fault they refunded my money and replace the order. It doesn't get any better than that.
I have placed 2 orders months apart and both were cancelled and never delivered. Not sure what this outfit actually is but it is very undependable. Never again.

Their hassle free return is a BS, nowhere in the website, invoice or confirmation email says 30 days return is required, however the all 3 have in Bold capital letters HASSLE FREE RETURNS. For a $200 dollar outlet you would expect a better costumer service!

Order several items and payed through PayPal. Some how the order got dropped. Zoro blamed PayPal, PayPal blamed Zoro. Zoro said they did not get order from PayPal even tho I ORDER THROUGH ZORO and just paid with PayPal. If I reorder I will not get discount that was on the first order

The makers of Listerine discontinued the fresh citrus ultraclean mouthwash that I've come to enjoy daily because it tastes delicious and doesn't stain my mouth blue! I searched everywhere for new old stock and found ridiculous offerings for $60+ a bottle from online gougers. On Zoro I found a bulk case of 6 bottles for around $10 per bottle. I ordered two cases and anxiously waited thinking maybe the order would be canceled or something due to no stock available. Well, much to my delight the product shipped and I got tracking info. It arrived to my home with two cases packed in a larger single box and nicely cushioned with filler. Great packing and no damage! I couldn't be happier. The product expiration date was right on same month as I ordered it, but I expected this because the manufacturer discontinued it a while ago. It's mouthwash anyway, perfectly clear, not cloudy and will be fine for me to use until I run out forever. Perhaps my experience with Zoro was particularly good, I don't know. But after seeing so many bad reviews I feel obligated to share my good experience.

This company has no clue. They sell items and claim they are in stock and then blame 3rd party vendors when they do not ship. Every excuse imaginable and they change the excuses all the time (Covid, Shipping issue, damaged containers at the ports, etc). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I wish I had found these reviews before I ordered. I purchased a greenworks battery, listed as "new". I thought I'd throw some support to a competitor to amazon as well as save a few bucks in the process.
Received an open-box battery. Uhhh? Contacted them, they apologized and sent out a new one. Received the second battery. Same deal. Scratching my head, why are they sending out used batteries?
Contacted them again, they apologized, send out another replacement. USED! AGAIN! WTF?!?!?
Are these guys for real? Ok, now I've had it with them. They offer a refund, 7-10 business days to process. Business day #11 hits, no refund. I contact them again. "Sorry blah blah blah, expect your refund in 7-10 business days".

With the C. Card in hand a and all the Itemized equipment numbers reviewed with the sales person we are all set go. Just one detail, I explained that we require a printed Recipe in the box with the orders a fully detailed with all relaven information, item, number, cost, total, type of payment, and the date ordered, date shipped, order number... I was put on hold? Then. Told that they apparently don't have a way to make a receipt? Or put it in the package? So I explained that we absolutely must have a invoice / receipt with the delivered goods. Or we can't proceed, "No - Sale "? W. T. F. is going on? They lose the Sale, and also lost customers me / us and everyone I tell this story. Unacceptable unprofessional and no one should tolerate this hog wash. We get a box with bubble wrap, plastic molded covered items and even noodles, but not a piece of paper with important and relevent information? Don't even try blowing virtue posturing smoke. This has nothing to do with saving this world. I see how you can get over on this angle.

I ordered a desk from zoro, worst customer service. The order was supposed to arrive on the 6th of April, they tried delivering it on the 9th and the reason they couldn't deliver it was because the trailer didn't fit in the parking lot mind you we are in a professional building with lots of space to park. So I ended up receiving the following Monday only for the delivery guy to tell me he can't deliver it because it's too heavy for him oh and they don't deliver to the second floor (I had already spoken to a rep. Previously and they knew we were on the 2nd floor). I called zoro and there answer was well at least you received it earlier than the ETA delivery and the delivery wasn't there problem) I also called the delivery company, YRC and they basically told us the same thing. If I could put a zero for a rate I definitely would. I don't really post reviews but his was the worst experience never ordering from them again. Only reason why I got me desk is thanks to the maintenance guy in our building because they just wanted to leave it outside and my desk came scratched up from the bottom.
