I was looking for some bathroom tile that only Home Depot had but it was very expensive. Zoro had it for 1/3 less and free shipping. My contractor took forever to complete the remodeling and the window had passed by a month and a half to return some of the tile. I called Zoro and the customer representative said she would credit my account for the one box I wanted to return, and I didn't even have to return the box. I will definitely shop here again.
Nothing should take 7 days to arrive. If you need something in the very distant future, this is a good place to get it. Btw, the website sucks. Take note from how mcmaster carr.
Terrible shipping. Ordered my order july 8th -2017 called and spoke to two separate representatives, July 15 and today July 25 and my order won't get shipped until 3-5 days from today. Bull sh*t. Soooooo I won't get my order until August 4th. Literally 4 days shy of a month after I placed th order. LESSON LEARNED, stick to EBAY or AMAZON. THEY GOT THEIR SHIPPING AND HANDLING UNDER CONTOL AND ON TIME!

I ordered a safe months ago. Delay delay delay. I came close to cancelling it twice.
I was patient. Then, the exact day that I had given up, they send me an email. It has shipped.
I got an email saying it would be delivered Tuesday. I cleared out a path in the garage, and it wasn't much fun, as we are in a fire zone here in California, and the smoke is thick as a brick. Then, I find out that it won't happen on Tuesday. Then, I get a call. They want to deliver it on Wednesday in a 48 foot truck, with a trailer attached. They cannot be serious. I live in a small town, or a country paved road. Then, the shipper called and says that they have no way to deliver it. Are you serious? Has this company every really sold a safe before? Anyway, they tell me that they are going to ship it back. Do you get this? A 500+ pound safe being schlepped around like this? They still have my money. I have no safe. No one has called me. I now have to put the stuff back in the garage, in the smoke. I also was to sign trust docs today, to put in the safe. The trust docs included the safe being mentioned in it. Now, I had to go back, and modify legal docs, and take the safe out, and I do not have a safe to put the legal docs in.
This is a nightmare company!
I ordered a 36 ft aluminum ladder on June 17th for $404.00 out the door and before I ordered it, it was not back ordered and it said it would ship out in one business day and then I emailed Zoro on Sunday June 20th asking if the ladder is going to be shipped out because all of a sudden it's reading back ordered and then I called this morning and the girl said it was back ordered so I canceled my order then went back online and then the same ladder is not back ordered but the price has skyrocketed for the same ladder this is really unacceptable service from your company I've lost all respect for Zorro and I will not be using my business with you and I own a pest control company I was looking for another place besides Amazon to shop I had good success first order from Zoro. You should not treat your customers this way, word of mouth is huge for Business..

Get 10% off in your first purchase, I did then I was told that Dewalt didn't take coupons or discount. After ready to pay. Called CS they don't care.
I purchased some shelf brackets from Zoro that are sold 10 to a box, and purchased a quantity of 3, for a total of 30 shelf brackets, and 1 box of screws. The website clearly showed the brackets and screws were in stock, and would be shipped in 2 business days. Zoro does not send you any type of email after you place your order. Zoro will include a packing slip with your order that shows exactly how much they charged you. I received an email from Zoro a week later that showed the screws had been cancelled, and the shelf brackets were on backorder. I received a second email a couple days later letting me know the shelf brackets were still on backorder. The next morning, UPS rang my doorbell and left a box next to the door. I opened the box, and found 3 shelf brackets! I immediately called Zoro and told them I ordered some shelf brackets that are sold 10 to a box, and purchased 3 boxes for a total of 30, and only received 3. Zoro said they had no records of any shelf brackets being shipped, and said my credit card had not been charged. They asked for the tracking number off the box. Zoro refused to ship the rest of the shelf brackets purchased! Zoro said they will send me a return shipping label tomorrow, and have Fedex pick up the box. I received a text message a couple hours later showing Zoro just charged my account for all 30 shelf brackets! I received an email from Zoro the next day with the return shipping label, and instructed me to drop the box off at a Fedex facility, and said they would issue a refund within 7-10 business days once they receive the package. Zoro screwed up the order, then expects me to drive 1 hour round trip to drop the box off at a Fedex facility, after telling me they would have it picked up! I submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General. I drove to the Fedex shipping store and dropped off the box containing the 3 shelf brackets, and will be billing Zoro for my time, fuel, and mileage! If Zoro doesn't reimburse me, then I'll take them to small claims court where they will also reimburse me for the filing fee! I will NEVER order from Zoro again, and highly recommend you NEVER order from these CROOKS either! Look at their feedback!

Zoro may or may not have the items in stock. Zoro may or may not ship you order in the time frame advertised on their website. Zoro does not send you a email once you place your order, so you actually have absolutely no idea if they even received your order. Zoro will not do what they say they will do!
