I was looking for some bathroom tile that only Home Depot had but it was very expensive. Zoro had it for 1/3 less and free shipping. My contractor took forever to complete the remodeling and the window had passed by a month and a half to return some of the tile. I called Zoro and the customer representative said she would credit my account for the one box I wanted to return, and I didn't even have to return the box. I will definitely shop here again.
Nothing should take 7 days to arrive. If you need something in the very distant future, this is a good place to get it. Btw, the website sucks. Take note from how mcmaster carr.
I have placed several orders with zoro. The orders arrive fast and have always been accurate. This is a great company and a positive review needs to done. If they were bad a bad review would be done. There are not enough positive reviews when a company is good. The company is quick to respond to emails, and they have amazing customer service reps on the phones. Packages are packed with care. Zoro has earned my business forever. Highly recommended!

Ordered a (in-sink) waste disposal unit for under the sink, Zoro had several options to choose from, after deciding on a unit, the order was placed. A few days later the product arrived with no issues. Now I'm getting ready to shop for an Espresso machine.

I have to say that it is sadly rare to find a seller who goes above and beyond. I bought something from Zoro a few weeks ago - I was in a rush to get this product, and they were the only ones who had it ready to ship. Well, I made a mistake and mis-measured and got something that would not work. They facilitated the return with ease and with no hassle. Will definitely buy from them again.

After consulting with customer service, I ordered a case of GE Silicone Sealant mid afternoon on Friday, 06/09 and received it mid morning the next day, Saturday, 06/10.20 hours from order to receipt. Can't do much better than that!

Your customer service people were certainly "nice" but gave me the runaround. This product was guaranteed to ship in "3 days" but nobody could ever produce a tracking number. One of your reps even told me(Monday) that it would ship before end of day(the 4th day). That was not true because you evidently never shipped it at all. Another rep actually gave me a bogus "PO#" to use when contacting the manufacturer directly in my efforts to get a shipment confirmation and tracking number. They had no record of such number so that was a lie as well. Evidently a ploy to just get me off the phone. So after wrestling with your illustrious team for several days I finally ordered from "E-trailer". They sent a confirmation#, a tracking # and it's scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I'm done with Zoro.com. Sincerely.

I have ordered multiple things from them and always received excellent quality with lightening fast delivery. I'm having trouble understanding how this company can get a bad review. Try them. You'll love them.
Terrible company. I ordered a large raft for a Memorial river trip on 5/19 and it says "Item ships in 3-5 days". A month later I still have not received the item. When you contact them the respond with the same template email saying that it is the vendors fault. "I apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused you. We are finding suppliers can be difficult to reach right now, causing more delays than normal, but we will continue working on your request until we can provide you with an update on your order." I wish that I would have read the reviews before I purchased anything from them.
3 things about zoro. 1. I was ordering paper towel holders for business locations at $20 each for months. 10 at a time. I went to order again and they were $49.99 same holder as before. 2. There website has always been down the last few months. 3. And never order anything thats not in stock.

I placed an order 7 days and haven't received any shipping information yet. I just spent an hour on their customer service phone line only to hear about a hundred times how important my call is to Zoro. My phone ran out of juice before anyone answered my call.
I ordered a heavy duty bag strap which should thick clasps, and all metal hardware. I got the strap with completely different shaped and thin plastic hardware. I called customer service to make the return, and they told me they only use stock images and work as a Distributor. Ok, so why isn't someone double checking for updates on inventory? I just had my time wasted buying something I guess they don't have anymore.
I was worried about ordering through them because of the negative reviews I read but I couldn't have had a better experience. The price was better than anywhere else. The product arrived exactly when it was estimated (6 days since I ordered late Saturday. It arrived Friday.) The shipping was free even for a 45 pound jack stand pair. The product itself exceeded my expectations. One thing I could say I wish they had done was sending a confirmation email immediately after purchase as I did not get one until Monday. Overall 5 stars. Totally legit.
I ordered a safe from Walmart which was proxied through zoro. Delivery date comes and goes no item. Walmart and i reached out to their joke of a customer support system, neither of us got anyone from over there. We called and emailed. The order came to my town then magically disappeared. Its under my suspicion that zoro employees crooks who like to steal packages, change my mind zoro. I will avoid this company like the plague. Id give negative stars if i could.
I've just placed my third order w/ Zoro.com for supplies for my charity. They had sent me a 20% off my order coupon which I then misplaced. I called their customer service and explained the situation including the fact that it's for charity and they gave me a replacement code. I truly thought I had cost the charity money and was besides myself. On all of the orders I've placed I've had at least a 15% off coupon which really helped as NYC taxes are about 9%. Also, I should mention my entire orders arrive in less than 3 days & by that I mean second business day for the most part. They also gave me a free return label when I needed to do returns. If only every company operated this way!

I ordered a coffee maker for a trip; it didn't arrive on the date promised. However, Zoro's phones are answered by a real live human. My questions were answered immediately and in a very professional manner. Ultimately I was allowed to keep the appliance and given a full refund. In this time when the govt cannot be trusted to accomplish anything, this company's efficiency is unparalleled and very appreciated. I will look for other items needed on their website, and they come close to Amazon's customer service policy.

I ordered a smart toilet from Zoro at a very good price. After I ordered it on line, I found a coupon code so I phoned customer service and she applied the code saving me a couple hundred dollars.
Then I stumbled upon the reviews for this vendor and I have to say, I started to panic a bit.
About a week later my item was delivered in brand new and perfect condition. I am very happy with my purchase and with the service from this company.
I am not sure why they have to many negative reviews, I had a perfect shopping experience! Thank you Zoro!
Simple purchase of and "In Stock item" that ships from manufacturer... Ships in 10 business days... or 21 that's close though. This appears to be a cut rate third person sales site that hopefully will go under to make room for companies who can deliver what's promised. The customer service representative was very polite. Sad she has to apologize for such a dirty company. Long story short, in stock ships in 10 business days or less means no idea if its in stock and ships when it ships no rush.
Bought something on zoro.com 3 weeks ago, no shipment. After calling them, they said their vendor did not provide any info. After another 1 week, they told me the item I bought was out of stock. Waste of time
Same story as many others. I was told something would ship in 7 business days, it's now been 14 business days and no one at Zoro can tell me when the product will ship, or even where the product is coming from. If your project has a deadline don't order from Zoro, shipping dates on the site are a fantasy.
I placed an order for gloves 2 weeks ago. They were listed as in stock and ready to ship in 3 to 5 days. As of today they still haven't shipped. My home business has been crippled for over a week as a result.
We had to call and talk to several operators from Zoro because I misspelled my contact information after placing my ordered recently. They are all very friendly, nice, and willing to go an extra mile to satisfy us as valued customers. Delivery was super fast in just 2 days. They even cheerfully refunded my purchase amount when one of the items delivered was in an unacceptable condition. I will certainly buy more items from them because we are very impressed and super happy with their services!

I work for a multi-billion dollar company and simply asked to be sent a quote for very large ticket item. Did NOT ask for discount! Need to have very large purchases pre-approved. This would have been 1st of many orders to follow to replace all of our stairs. Cannot call - left on eternal hold. Tried customer service email and received reply to just order online - no special pricing. So very frustrated.

The main product this company sends out is SPAM and junk mail and no matter how many times you give them your email preferences, they will never go away. They probably think they are cleaver and doing a good job...they should be renamed, ZERO. Do not give them you information unless you like being inundated.
