I was looking for some bathroom tile that only Home Depot had but it was very expensive. Zoro had it for 1/3 less and free shipping. My contractor took forever to complete the remodeling and the window had passed by a month and a half to return some of the tile. I called Zoro and the customer representative said she would credit my account for the one box I wanted to return, and I didn't even have to return the box. I will definitely shop here again.
Nothing should take 7 days to arrive. If you need something in the very distant future, this is a good place to get it. Btw, the website sucks. Take note from how mcmaster carr.
Ordered some Brass bar and the site clearly states next day delivery on orders over £20.
I waited for the delivery, got a no show from the delivery e-mail stating order date. I called and questioned where the order was?, to be told the stock was not even in, but they happily took my ££. Gave a lead time of some 3 weeks (16 Dec 2019), so I stuck with them. I called to make sure they were going to honor the order. I got told the stock was now due in FEB 2020! I was told Ben would call that day... of course he did not. Got him next day but made to wait for him. Ben then stated who said it was a next day service?! I said look at your own site. He said he was refunding my money. As yet not seen it... having to chase it via a complaint procedure on Barclay card. Issue still ongoing. Don't believe anything they say if your reputation depends on a delivery from them! Absolutely no honor, honesty or decency
Third party suppliers keep you waiting. I was told I would be notified within 24-48 hrs. With an update. Zoro did not follow up or tell me they heard nothing from their supplier. When I called back they said sometimes it takes up to 6 business days to hear from them. It was already almost a month since ordered. Maybe their business days are on the work 1 (BUSINESS) day a week program. In that case I should hear from them in about 6 months. Will not do business with Zoro ever.

Part order received. I had to chase up for missing items after a further week. Excuse was that they were moving warehouse but items would be despatched within the week. No delivery again and no explanation. After another follow up email I was then informed that they were not getting further supplies from the supplier.
They are taking orders for products they don't have and are not keeping the customer notified of ant delays.
You might hit lucky (as per some reviews) but do you want to take part in this lottery?

The website stated "In stock. Item ships from Zoro in 1 business day." This was the basis for my decision to purchase this part from Zoro.
I received no communication regarding a shipping delay of 8 days. I will not receive this part until almost 2 weeks after ordering. Furthermore, attempting to call customer service was futile.
Have to admit that I was a bit leery after reading the many negative reviews posted here (and I always appreciate forums such as this). In my case, the experience was pretty flawless: fast, free shipping on an item that went for over a dollar on Amazon and cost only. 62 on Zoro. I bulked up on the order. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was looking for disposable nitrile gloves for my company and they advertising 100 count boxes for $144.80. This is straight up craziness. Most gloves are about $15-$20 per box. I don't know who would purchase these gloves. I will be contacting the attorney general next.
Place a order that says in stock. Ship date is a month later. They are a middleman ordering from the manufacturer and don't actually have it in stock. Thank you for wasting my time I should send you a bill

They have a good selection of tools at fair and competitive prices. The website is easy enough to get around. My order showed up nicely packaged and ahead of schedule with standard free shipping. I also received 20% off of my total order. No complaints as of yet. I haven't had to deal with customer service yet, they boast easy returns on there emails.
Purchase the ceiling fan for a rental that I live in and found out it was the incorrect unit that I needed. Tried to return it but evidently they have a 30-day return policy and even though I just spent six weeks in the hospital and had no opportunity to do so they won't help me out in any way shape or form and I just lost $140 through these lousy pieces of crap, don't waste your time go to a company that actually has customer service and will help the customer
I was directed to zoro.com by Capital One shopping app, they had a gaming chair my son wanted for Christmas, I ordered and everything seemed way to easy; the next morning I have an email saying my order was cancelled, no explanation or why, I cannot respond to email; sent email to customer service as directed in email and received a notice it would be responded to in 48 hrs... this is a Christmas gift. I need information before then.
Ordered 20 pieces of cork board and 5he showed up very quickly. However, they showed up loose in a used, beat-up oversized box held together with lots of packing tape. Literally every piece of cork was broken, with crumbly pieces littering the bottom of the box. Customer Service is abysmal. They told me they'd refund me 10 business days AFTER they receive it back. I'm pissed.
Ordered a replacement ceiling fan from this company because they advertised Fast shipping. Was on the phone with customer service for over a week trying to get information about my order, I was lied to, given fake information and misled. I requested to cancel my order and was told that they would be in the request but that too, had a process time of at least a day. (?) Will never buy from this company again. Buyer bewere.
Ordered a small product for a good price. Four days later I received an email saying "Our supplier has notified us that this item is no longer available and it has been removed from your order and our inventory."
I suspect the real reason is the price was lower than I could find it anywhere else and when they realized that they fabricated the story. Just a hunch.
I ordered some aluminum extrusions made by 80/20 inc. from Zoro. 15 business day ship time was advertised. After 15 days I called to get shipping status. They never called back with tracking number but thought it had shipped. Called them back and they said they lost the order and I would have to start all over again. 2-1/2 months later after first order date the last of the items arrived. They were not properly packaged as they had agreed to specify. They arrived damaged. They refuse to let me talk to a supervisor and refuse to give me a 20% discount on just the last two items that were damaged despite me sending photos of damage. They want me to repackage these 20 foot long items and send them back and wait months for replacements, I'm running a whatever it takes to make the customer happy business but they are running a we can't do that business.

I placed an order online for some very simple plumbing elbows. The ordering system indicated shipping within 5 days, and now it is over 2 weeks since I placed the order and I can not get through to customer service at Zoro. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever picked up... This company is the worst - do not use them if you are looking for customer service!
The hoist worked great at the start, but failed before the warranty ran out. Had to replace it under warranty the first time, but it failed again in same time frame, contacted Zoro for another replacement, they told me to contact Grainger because it was their product. Contacted Grainger, told them the story, they said it's a Zoro problem, back & forth, back & forth, essentially, I was told to go pound sand. Dayton brand quality is bad! See attached picture, it sits in the chain hoist junk yard. The reason we purchased the Dayton in the first place is because we were replacing a Dayton hoist that we've had for over 20 years. After the warranty was denied, we purchased a different brand and it works flawlessly.

All the negative reviews gave me pause, but I decided to order a toilet from Zoro anyway because it was over $100 less than Amazon. After I placed the order, I was offered a 20% discount on my next order. I needed a second toilet, but I hesitated in case something went wrong with the first order. I emailed Zoro to see about its return policy and received an immediate reply that if I wasn't completely satisfied I could return it and they'd cover shipping. My confidence in the company increased when I learned it worked with a local, respected plumbing supply company. Then I read that it had achieved a billion dollars in sales, so it obviously wasn't a scam outfit. The toilet arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition. So I ordered the second discounted toilet, which arrived even quicker. I then purchased a plumbing tool, which didn't work out, and returned it (shipping prepaid) with no questions asked. I won't hesitate to buy from Zoro again!

Upon notification Zoro did a great job of addressing the issue unfortunately after being burdened with report-calling, the emailing photos of the damage, needing to print attach, load a truck cart and then drive this cart back for a round trip of 44 miles to the nearest FedEx center-with no assurances the next replacement would not arrive with similar or worse damages—I decided to forget-it just don't buy shipped stuff from Zoro again! And all they need fo was throw a couple dollars to us for touch up paint and we'd call it even—Zoro balked at that suggestion.

Ordered a dolly for my Flo zone and when FedEx decided to switch my address and send it to the wrong place, Zoro stepped up to replace the order with no hassle or issues. Got the dolly and it's exactly as it was advertised and came with all pieces and parts. Works great to save my back from carrying that Flo zone all day!

They claim to have no-hastle returns but that is a blatant lie. I spoke with someone eventually I asked to speak with a supervisor because this agent didn't have the answer to my question... after 10 minutes on hold was denied. I have never had such an experience. I try to give other companies a chance but Amazon is the best for a reason. Would never recommend use or this company again!
Placed an online order on 11-18-18. Order was confirmed by Zoro and Paypal. On 11-19-18 I received an email stating the item was no longer available. They recommended a similar item at twice the price. You have got to be kidding! I called customer service and explained the issue. They repeated that the item was unavailable. I went online while I was still online and placed 4 of these same items in my cart which showed them as still available. And they wonder why Amazon is eating their lunch. They are truly pathetic. I was a bit nervous ordering from a new company I have never heard of before but I went for it anyway. I ordered it on 12/26/20. It shipped on 12/28 and I received it today, 12/29. I'm super happy with the shipping time.
When I opened the box I was disappointed at myself because I didn't check the product closely enough to validate it was the right one to replace the existing item I broke. I couldn't find a way to return it online so I ended up calling. (Advice: create an account during the time you order. It's so much easier.)
The gal gave me a full refund and I didn't have to even package up and return the product. I've been so spoiled using Amazon that I was afraid to try someplace new but I'm glad I did. I would order from Zoro again. I'm super happy with my experience.
