I was looking for some bathroom tile that only Home Depot had but it was very expensive. Zoro had it for 1/3 less and free shipping. My contractor took forever to complete the remodeling and the window had passed by a month and a half to return some of the tile. I called Zoro and the customer representative said she would credit my account for the one box I wanted to return, and I didn't even have to return the box. I will definitely shop here again.
Nothing should take 7 days to arrive. If you need something in the very distant future, this is a good place to get it. Btw, the website sucks. Take note from how mcmaster carr.
I ordered a circular saw from Zoro on their ebay store. When I ordered it on May 8, it had a guaranteed delivery date of May 14 which coincided with a job I had agreed to do. A couple of days before it was due to arrive, I started tracking the shipping progress. According to the tracking information, the saw was not going to arrive by the guaranteed date. When I called them to ask them why it was not going to arrive by the guaranteed date, they claimed that EBAY had placed the guarantee on their listing page and they knew nothing about it. Basically they said ebay had hijacked their listing and was making the guaranteed delivery date, not Zoro, and I would need to take the matter up with ebay. I have done business with ebay for over 20 years and have never heard of ebay stepping on someone's listing and making promises without the sellers knowledge and permission.

It's very bad company, they are not honest and offer in the photos what does not match the truth. His customer service is very bad. I bought a medium-sized stove with a gas hose and regulator, but I received a small stove without a hose, and I tried to contact customer service and sent more than one email to return the stove, but without any answer, I advise against dealing with this company. Advise not to deal with this company.
I've ordered four or more times from Zoro and each time the item arrived as expected. They have products that most are not stocked at retail stores and can be bought a local suppliers but they are not always local. They do not sell the cheapo stuff you can find HD or Lowes. Alway good quality and the prices are the same, sometimes less than the MSRP. I usually try to buy directly from the manufacture and get more product information but most do not sell direct and but if they do, Zoro is sometimes a little less and no extra charge for shipping over a certain $ order. Never are they more than Amazon and the products Zoro sells are usually shipped faster to the home than from Amazon. Most products I buy I do not need overnight and are not covered by Amazon Prime. I ordered an outdoor drain basin Sunday night, shipped on Monday, arrive Thursday via UPS, standard ground shipping time.
I have been trying to order a surge protected receptacle. Everytime I contact them the only answer I get is " It will take 5 to 6 business days to get an answe". BS! They act like they don't need the business. I say give them what they want. LOUSY COM
I bought the machine online and they never shipped it, even so due to the delay, I decided to cancel the order and they supposedly will return my money in 12 business days, that is, I have to wait for them to return the money for something that they have not yet shipped your warehouse in 12 business days and the only response is sorry. I can't imagine when I buy some equipment that I have problems like returning it, I really don't feel safe buying from this company and I don't recommend anyone to do so.

Ordered return springs for my Dewalt dcn692 framing nailer, the package was open on the sides where someone slipped back their used springs. They were weaker than the ones I were replacing. This really set me back as I needed the gun for a job that week. I have an air gun but I went cordless for a reason. Never again.

We received a black color dispenser while the website is showing Smoke Color. I contacted the Manufacturer Georgia Pacific and asked if Smoke color are available. According to them Smoke were discontinued a while ago. Its very deceptive that Zoro still sell them under Smoke Color.

This company advertise the good service! But manipulate the system! Once they have your payment held they fob you off with utter lies! Cancelation even told me they will try cancel but might be too late and payment will still be charged! Basically there loop hole to keep you waiting until they actually get stock! Thing is though! You purchase to receive items on a timescale for a reason! Went elsewhere but guess what even with 48hr notice to cancel! I was apparently too late even though it was past the expected delivery date! Avoid! Ordered on 2/11/21 before 3pm for next day delivery. Expected by 4th! Dispatched on the 5th & cancelled on the 3rd!.

Ordered $50 dollars worth of stuff for the free shipping. Didn't realize they have a MOQ when added to cart. Total scam. Ordered from Digikey, Arrow, Mouser, etc. for years and never had this issue. But whatever, ended up with 15 dollars of saw blades I didn't need. I caught the error and tried to cancel but no ability to do that with their limited online cart.
Emailed support but informed the order already shipped.
Then they forgot to ship me one of the parts from my order. Called tech support and they had a new one dispatched. That $2.50 part bag arrived a couple days later and lo-and-behold it's missing 2 parts in the quantity 10. Emailed them again and they shipping a replacement.
Sure, they right their wrong after they screw up twice but totally unreliable. I would never use them for anything serious or time critical. I wouldn't waste my time, just use Mcmaster Carr.
I ignored the reviews and now they sent me a cracked table when I specifically told them that I wouldn't accept anything damaged because I hate returns. And guess what? My latest order was for a small part to repair a 15 year old Toto toilet - I ordered at 2:00p on one day, and the part was on my doorstep at 10:00 the next morning! Super service and great prices, what more do your want?
I return my order $176. And they sent me an email confirming they received it and I would get refunded within 7 d. I emailed after 7d and they emailed me 7-10 days after 10 days they said tomorrow. You guessed it. The next day no refund. I filed a claim with AMEX let see what they can do. I do not recommend

Only place I could find a specific part online that we needed for a repair. Called and explained we needed it Friday before Noon so the 3 oz. Valve was $45.00 to ship two day A.M. guaranteed. (NOTE This was Wed July 3rd Thursday being a Holiday). Assured that if we chose two day shipping we would receive Friday 10:30AM.
Went online purchased product shipped two day AM with Guaranteed Friday July 5 by 10:30. On Truck for Delivery UPS doesn't deliver till afternoon. We had Maintenance guy on extra hours to make installation finally sent him home - Coming in Saturday to do repair more costs to us. Contacted Zoro and they told me that since (Thursday was Holiday). We were lucky to get it Friday that it was guaranteed Monday COMPLETE B. S. and not what I was told by their personal They refused to refund $45.00 shipping costs A JOKE by the way. Very Disappointed.
I can only rate from my own experience but I ordered a 20' fiberglass ladder on Sunday (Monday business day) and already received it on Tuesday. I was a little worried because I didn't read the reviews until after I'd already ordered and I wasn't familiar with their shipping contractor. I also saw a "no recent order" status on the website and the tracking number supplied was always "not found" with the freight hauler. But all is well. I am beyond pleased with Zoro and will definitely give them my business again.
I've placed two orders with Zoro for some high-quality Knipex tools. The first order was placed on a Sunday, shipped Monday, and received Tuesday. The second order was placed on Thursday, shipped the same day, and received Friday. Both were shipped via UPS. And, the tools were all exactly as described. At a time when the number 1 online retailer has been struggling to keep up, Zoro has really stepped-up. Prices are comparable, and with the promotions I found for 15% off the first order, and 20% off the second, the prices couldn't be beat. I will start making Zoro my go-to. I am impressed.
I had ordered 12 of the same item through Zoro.com but only 6 were recived so I called customer service. My call was answered immediately at 7:30 PM by a fellow by the name of Griffin. He was promp at getting to the bottom of the issue and kept me informed as he worked through it, I was never put on hold.
Griffen found the problem and placed another order to fix the issue with no extra charges for me. The total call time was less than 7 minutes and I received an email confirmation 15 minutes later.

I placed an order two months ago for shrlving brackets and uprights. The brackets arrived within a few days. Tge uprights never did. I contacted CS and they replied with a promise of more incormation in 4 days. Over a week later, I get an email that they have canceled my order due to their price increasing. No other information. I now have brackets that I can't use or return and will have to hunt down the needed uprights. Complete lack if customer support or service.
I ordered a chair for our office as I needed to replace a broken one. The price at Zoro.com seemed right and I was ordering one anticipating that we would be ordering many others in the future. NOPE! The order was placed on May 21st. As of June 22nd it still says "ORDER PENDING". The company's webpage even says "Please allow UP TO 20 business days for fulfillment" well, 20 business day was well passed. I called customer service & I was told the chair was not scheduled to ship until July 9th. We are way past 20 business days at that point. I told them cancel the order & I will order from Amazon instead. At least there I will get free 2 day shipping & no excuses. I was told,"It will take 4 days to cancel the order." FOUR DAYS!?! You took my money in less that one day and it takes four days to cancel? I don't know, maybe cancellations are sent by Pony Express. DO NOT order from Zoro.com.

Tried to purchase an office chair that never arrived in over a month.
The first time I ordered from Zoro I was amazed at how easy it was to order a named brand product at 20% off! Since I use this product frequently I ordered 3. Two days later I had not heard that the product had shipped so I called CS, they were very attentive on the phone and stated they would contact the supplier. I called again the next day and again they were very helpful but stated they hadn't heard from the supplier. Here it is 7 days after I placed the order and now the order has been canceled with a reasoning that the product line has been discontinued. This is BS since the product can still be purchased at full price.

I placed an order on 8/1/2023. But I got an email stating my order wouldn't be shipped until 9/3/2023. However I only ordered a decal that was on there web pages. Call customer service and they stated it is on back order. I ask why is it on there web page and the answer was we apologize but can't help that it's on back order so I will have to wait over a month to receive my paid item although they are located here within the states.

At 4:45PM on a Tuesday, I ordered a case of acoustic ceiling tiles. Price was the best and I took a chance considering the reviews I read about the site. To my total amazement, my order was here the next day by 9:30AM. And it was standard free shipping. Awesome experience.
Read other reviews here because I had never heard of Zoro and still decided to pull the trigger. I needed 5 D ring tie downs for a trailer. They had them for 28 each, e trailer had them for 42, so I ran the risk for the 70 dollar savings + free shipping. They were sold by Zoro and in stock, I think this is key for good service. Shipped the SAME DAY and arrived a THE NEXT DAY undamaged with all parts.
