I was looking for some bathroom tile that only Home Depot had but it was very expensive. Zoro had it for 1/3 less and free shipping. My contractor took forever to complete the remodeling and the window had passed by a month and a half to return some of the tile. I called Zoro and the customer representative said she would credit my account for the one box I wanted to return, and I didn't even have to return the box. I will definitely shop here again.
Nothing should take 7 days to arrive. If you need something in the very distant future, this is a good place to get it. Btw, the website sucks. Take note from how mcmaster carr.
I ordered a cordless chainsaw from zoro.com. The product description read charger and battery included. For some reason I received a shipment with 2 saws and no battery or charger. I called customer service and they emailed a shipping label to send back the second chainsaw and I was under the understanding that the charger and battery would be sent in another shipment. No charger or battery arrived so I called and surprise surprise Zoro was not sending a charger and battery as this was a bare tool, which I thought meant no bushings or some other tool feature. I told the rep that the product description said included charger and included battery but was told they agreed that was confusing but they wouldn't honor their product description. I will never buy another product from zoro.com, which I found is owned by Grainger. Just my warning to all. I have copies of ad and order to document. Joe P
The picture description did not accurately match the delivered item. Zoro then denied that was a misrepresentation and told me I had to pay the return postage. Will never use this company again.

I read other reviews about slow shipping or other bad reviews and got really concerned but they were the only place that had the particular emergency light I needed. Took a chance and ordered yesterday 26 JUL at 11:23AM. It shipped the same day and just arrived here in Virginia via FedEx ground at 1PM - could not have done any better. Very pleased. Even Amazon does not hold a candle to that since they now use USPS
I bought a dresser from them which did not arrive. I emailed multiple times for assistance, but got copy and paste emails in response. They have no interest in resolving the problem.
This entire website is absolute trash. This was my second time ordering from them (gave them a second chance) and they screwed me once again. The first order they triple charged my debit card. TRIPLE CHARGE! Being debit, it was a hassle explaining this transaction to my bank since Zoro customer service did not properly cooperate. I forgave them for this, for someone may have had a bad day. Oh well, that's life.
The second, most recent issue happened just this month (2/1 - present). I ordered a pair of boots and they were supposed to ship 5 days from order date (as seen in attached picture). After calling 3 times since the order date (2/1), they just now sent me an email notifying me of the 3 month back order! So now I'm supposed to wait until at least May 1,2021 to get a pair of boots I needed two weeks ago?! Lol give me a break. I am extremely displeased and upset with Zoro; I vow to not only never do business with this company, but to also spread word about their lack of professionalism to both of my businesses, my organization, and affiliations. *All attached pics display my issue*.

I put in an order with Zoro on some pipe insulation that I had trouble sourcing on other sites, as it was larger than the standard 1/2,3/4 sizes. In addition to having the sizes I needed, their prices were very reasonable. While I was a bit wary about ordering, given the mixed reviews I had read, I figured I'd give them a try anyway. I was pleasantly surprised on all fronts, starting with the fact that the order arrived faster than expected.
Since I was catching up after an injury, it took me over a month to open the box. But once I did that, I found that they had gotten one of the items wrong-- sending me a larger size pipe insulation than I had ordered. I wrote to Zoro to let them know, not knowing what to expect, since I definitely waited too long to contact them. To my surprise, they were 100% helpful, and sent me the new, correct replacement items immediately. That's great customer service.
So between the price, shipping, availability of the items I needed, and their customer support when they could have just said "no," I would recommend them any time!
Do yourself a favor and find a different company to do business with. Our first order was "lost" so they offered to send another one or a refund and we were only a little annoyed at this point, after that pleasant phone conversation we waited for the promised email with the new tracking number for the new shipment. The item in question was a freight item as it weighed over 100 lbs. The email didn't come for another 5 days which we had to call to get a tracking number to locate said product. Once the item finally arrived nearly 2 weeks after the initial order, the box was mutilated and the item had damage. We were slightly more annoyed at this point. We called Zoro to find a resolution to the new issue and they were more willing to refund our money and have us return the item rather than offer a discount. They would rather eat more cost by shipping another item back to them which made zero sense to us. It was a hard to find item for us and gave us little choice as far as what to do. We decided to deal with the damage and eat the loss ourselves however going forward I will never use or recommend doing business with Zoro.com as they purposefully ship damaged products with a promise of a discount which falsely lures customers to purchase from them.

I purchased an industrial fan and was told it was on back order and would ship on a certain date. I placed an order for a second fan a couple of weeks later. After several weeks I followed up and was told "they're on back order" and your first order will ship on Nov 20th. On the 29th I followed up - still on back order and now they think they may not be manufactured any longer. It's obvious that they don't have any follow up in place until they hear from the customer - I would have waited forever if I relied on them. Will NEVER do business with them again.
Ordered a specific item and piggy backed something I didn't really need but could use eventually. The item I couldn't use showed up while the item I needed didn't. Vulture capitalism as it's finest, keep the customers money and don't tell em that what they needed is on backorder but send the doodoo item out. Complete crap
My first order with Zoro. It's been about a month since I placed my order and a product represented to ship within 10 days still has not shipped. A Zoro representative stated that the 3rd party vendor to ship the order was Marmon Retail Store Equipment LLC and gave me a phone number for the company as *******317. I dialed the number to find out if/when they would ship the order. The phone number I was given was not a working number. I googled the company and was unable to obtain a working phone number for the company. I will cancel my order never to attempt to do business with Zoro again.
Tool broke just tightening the bolts to hold it on the chain saw. The cast iron split simply hand tightening. Piece of garbage. I can't get through to customer service, poor directions. Glad it only costs $30 dollars to find out. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
My Fresh Water Well Controller Start Up Capacitor failed in a 20 year old controller. Instead of paying a Well Repair guy to not show up for another week I decided to do the repair myself. Zoro had the exact OEM Well Controller and since I was a New Customer I got 15% Off and Free Shipping. $72 vs. $120 for the Service Call plus parts. The entire swap out took me just under and hour and I now have Fresh Florida Aquafier Water flowing again. Ordered on a Tuesday, Shipped on a Wednesday, arrived on Friday afternoon? Awesome Service and Experience.
I ordered Avery internet labels and instead of Avery 5126 somehow I got Avery 5127 on my sales receipt and that is what I received. I got ahold of them and not only did they give instant refund they let me re-order and use my 15% off coupon again AND they let me keep the 5127's. Great service!
Purchased A $4.95 Switch Mount Bracket. After Clicking On Buy It Now, The Price WEent Up To $11.20. They Popped Me For Another $5.00 Shipping +, Never Mentioned Charging More Then $$4.95. I Threw The Bracket In Garbage Car + Will Never Spend Another Dime With Zoro!
I bought a $1200 auto fill valve for a boiler system and had a plumber install it for $350. However it did not work and I paid the plumber another $200 to figure out why. Turned out to be a very small defective part, so I called the manufactuer who said they will warranty it and send out the part if their distributer Zoro.com requests the parts. However Zoro.com wants me to pay the plumber $200 to uninstall it and then for me to send it back to them. Then they will send me a new one back out at which time I can pay the plumber another $350 to install it. All this instead of just requesting the warranty parts be drop shipped to me, costing Zoro nothing and me getting out of this issue for less money. I will never order anything from Zoro.com ever again, and no one else should either. -Andrew Losli

These guys are great! Good prices and just overall easy-to-use website. I've bought 5 times over the last 3 weeks, and have absolutely no complaints or problems.
Once I ordered there a screwdriver set and was waiting for my purchase for almost three month! The product is good but service leaves something to be desired.

I found my item there called them and spoke to the sales lady - and a day or 2 after it was already delivered. They have great service. Would definitely use them again.
I ordered what was supposed to be a plastic grille,and lens for a Broan bath/ light combination.The price seemed reasonable.
When it arrived, I attempted to install it.I couldn't get the lens to fit the grille for anything- It was simply THE WRONG PART.
It had no Broan nameplate as the old one did.I even tried the old lens.It was smaller and didn't fit either.
I contacted Zoro, told them of the issue.They apologized and said they would give me a credit on the charges.When the credit card statement came,I saw where they screwed me out of $5.38- Not a huge amt.I recontacted them, and they stated they were charging me for shipping! I said they can't do that when they sold me inferior aftermarket parts which clearly don't work!
He asked me what I'd like him to do.Of course. I said,"MAKE ME WHOLE FOR YOUR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!" Simply put- DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE FRADULENT PEOPLE!

When using the search filter (I was using my phone} if you have an item selected then go back and try to add another option, the filter window closes. You can't add multiple filters! You have to delete the filter you are using then go back and try a different filter.
I wasn't able to buy the parts I was looking for! The payment process was such a headache I decided not to buy the $10 parts to fix my $40 cooler, I went straight online and bought a whole new cooler! When entering an address, every time you type a digit the web page freezes and tries to search and guess the address you're trying to type! I initially tried using my saved address in my phone to make a quick autofill but that still didn't work, it kept giving me a bunch of random addresses to select from. I also put my phone on airplane mode so it wouldn't search for addresses but that just left it hanging & waiting for a web connection. I tried that for a few minutes then ultimately decided just to buy a whole new cooler.

Talked to Larry about ordering 10gal trashcan lid. When I received my order it was the wrong size. Called back and talked to Sam. She said the correct lid wasn't available anymore. Why would I be sent wrong lid if correct one wasn't available? Will be given my purchase money back minus shipping cost. Felt like they should have reimbused me for the whole cost. They knowingly sent me the wrong lid. Shipping is on them.
