I was looking for some bathroom tile that only Home Depot had but it was very expensive. Zoro had it for 1/3 less and free shipping. My contractor took forever to complete the remodeling and the window had passed by a month and a half to return some of the tile. I called Zoro and the customer representative said she would credit my account for the one box I wanted to return, and I didn't even have to return the box. I will definitely shop here again.
Nothing should take 7 days to arrive. If you need something in the very distant future, this is a good place to get it. Btw, the website sucks. Take note from how mcmaster carr.
I ordered a sliding door track and corresponding rollers that Zoro said would work with the track. When i tried to assemble it was not the correct track. I contacted Zoro and they cheerfully gave the correct track and part # which i ordered. Then sent me a return. Seems the UPS label was not correct so UPS would not take it. I called again and they refunded and old me to keep the original parts, apologized and refunded my money.
Sometimes things don't go as planned in business but i felt how they handled this situation was AWESOME! Great Job!
I ordered a sharp shooter shovel described as having a 26" handle and a 14" blade. I needed a 38-40" shovel height, so thought this fit the bill. Shovel arrived and stood 45" to my armpit. It was also not the name of the shovel ordered. I called and tried to get accurate information on the three alternative shovels they offered, but all had the identical measurement description as the one that came, and it also had the identical measurements listed, but was 5" longer. I asked three different Customer Service agents to get overall measurements of the alternative shovels. They couldn't seem to get that information from their Chinese supplier. The next think I know, I see an email saying "the shovel is being drop shipped from the supplier. I immediately emailed and was told the overall dimensional information was unavailable. So unless I get lucky...I will now have to return 2 shovels. What a lousy way to do business...sorta abusive to the customer.
Ordered from Zoro.com today, to receive an email stating unless i ring them they would cancel order. I paid in full for the goods which they did not have and would be 25 days from the manufacturer. Another one of those websites that sells stuff they don't actually have, the email said i had 5 days to ring them, 10 minutes later i receive another email stating they have cancelled order, will now have to open a Paypal dispute to get my money back now.!

On 11-30-18 I placed an order for 40 items for next day delivery and received shipping confirmation for 15 items. I cancelled the order on 11-30-18. I received an apology on 12-3-18 and replied for a refund. My return request was processed on 12-4-18. The remaining items were shipped on 12-3-18 and 12-4-18 despite cancellation. All items were returned but they refuse to refund shipping charges for items that were not even received next day.
They do not tell you they don't have the items and then they charge you for next day shipping for items received 5 days after your order and even though the order was cancelled the same day. Do not trust these people.
Appalling service. Next day delivery resulted in 4 days and this was only when prompted by telephone to process the order. No response to emails chasing order and no explanation for order not being 'picked'.
This company shows products listed that they have but when you go call the manufacturer and they don't have it in stock and this is 13 days later that you find this out!
Never use this trashy company and they are owned by Grainger which marks prices way up and scams people as well
Seriously, is taking me 3 months and I still have the item that weights more than 80 pounds. I purchased from Walmart and the item arrived cracked. Walmart said to contact Zoro. Unfortunately Zoro's customer service is terrible. No one answers and the answering system keeps you in line for hours. I'm not kidding hours. Zoro promise to send you an authorization to take your item to UPS but the doc is not the correct one. So Walmart and Zoro kept bouncing back and fort and don't forget that the item is heavy.
I purchased 3 cases of Tejava Tea and only received 1 case. I contacted them twice and they said they would send the remaining two cases, but that was more than a month ago and I still have not received the balance of my order. This company is a complete rip-off! Don't make the same mistake I made by purchasing anything from them.

Even though I read about their low track record on 3rd party orders, I thought I would give them a try.
The experience for me was no better. When I contacted them they said my item was on back order, yet it showed in stock when I ordered it. They never bothered to tell me right away.
This was my first order, and it will be the last. Surprised they are still in business.
They show that they have product on inventory and when you place an order, they send you messages that is delayed --- I ordered a product on early June for delivery in that week --- now they are sending emails that the product may be shipped July 31 -- when you call -- they profusely & uselessly apologize and say product is in "high demand." They just want to take your order and ship it whenever they have it while they misrepresent their inventory on their website... I will never buy anything from them, I'd rather go to amazon or sams club where they are forthright with their inventory -- terrible way to conduct online business
DO NOT do business with this company. I placed a listed item in my cart (quantity of 4) and did not execute the transaction. I received three successive emails encouraging me to complete the purchase, even offering me a discount. So I took advantage of the discount and made the purchase. There was no mention on the website that there was a stock issue with the item. Two days after the purchase, I receive an email that the item is out of stock, followed by another email that they have cancelled my order altogether. They blamed it all on their supplier. If they can't keep the inventory straight between themselves and their suppliers, then they shouldn't be offering the item on their website without at least warning customers of a supply issue. Very poor business model. Go elsewhere for your needs.
We ordered the Mint colored pendant and what we received is more of a blue pendant. We tried emailing them but had no response. We called and they asked for pictures to "have sent this over to the vendor to review". This was almost 2 weeks ago. We were going to exchange them but now we will be returning them due to their lack of response but the only thing we hear from them is the vendor is reviewing our pictures. They have tried to say that each one is individually made and there could be variations however all 3 pendants we received are the same exact color. The first picture is what we ordered and expected to receive. The second picture is what was received. Not only do the colors not look the same, we received 3 pendants and they all look the same blueish color, not the mint green we ordered. I am extremely disappointed and I do not recommend to purchase any items from this company.

I found the parts on their site yesterday and called to verify that they had it in stock before I ordered. I asked do they have it or do they order direct from the manufacturer. He stated let me check. He stated that they have plenty in stock at their other warehouse. Five minutes later I had my order in. I get an email this morning stating that the new expected delivery date is 7/29/22. Are you kidding me. I called and was told that they ran out of stock before my order was placed. How is it possible going from plenty in stock to five minutes later out of stock. Liars. They didn't have it in stock. I will never place an order with them again.
I ordered from Zoro paver borders on A Saturday. I admit I was a bit nervous because of the poor reviews and did not see the order appear til Monday but i have to say this was shipped fast and received tjempn Tuesday. 5 Stars..
Zoro on the surface poses as on on-line retailer. However, they are too slow to function on-line.

The credit process people told me they will not send my anything to my P. O box. Even though I placed the order with my credit card and home address matching, but will not shipped to where I need it at my po box.
I had the same issues with some Amazon vendors, however they told me the same day after i made the order.
Now I am waiting to see if and when they will refund my money back.

I spend about $2000-$3000/year from Zoro for about 8 years. Good prices, and with coupons they are even better. Plus free shipping on $50+ orders. Sometimes the product info is incomplete, so go to the mfg's site. If a price seems off, it is probably a typo. Ex; a stainless hanger bolt I wanted was listed at $110. The price was really for a box of 100, which turned out to be way lower than anyone else. Fred Feld in FL
I ordered tire chains from Zoro and Amazon around 3 pm last week, within minutes of each other. The next day, by 4 pm my Oder from Zoro was delivered to me. The Amazon order hadn't even been shipped yet.
I called my order in as I had a couple questions. It was a great experience.
Online store, looks legit and the prices better than others. Folks to answer the phones and questions. Was told this product was available. Ordered, gave CC number, got a confirmation. 11 days later nothing. Needed for an electrician tomorrow. Nothing from them but that the order was complete. But when called, the item is on backorder (Oct 18), and tentative ship is (Feb 19). WTF. Could you not contact the customer as this is a few day delay, it's a several month delay. Tired of these-type companies holding your money and order for months without product of shipping. NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered 2 bikes that they were a 3rd party vendor and received 2 document holders. I've been trying to get a hold of them since I received the package and they haven't resolved anything. I have a photo of what I ordered and a photo of the packing list of what I received. Still waiting to see what this so called "customer obsessed" company will actually take "ownership" from their mistake and fix it!
This seller is 100% fraudulent. They advertise products as "available to ship" and show estimated ship times to get your order in. As soon as you place the order, your payment is charged right away. Then the idle waiting begins. After a few days, when you contact them, they will will give excuses about how they are only middle-men and eveyrthing comes from third-party vendors and they have no control over processing times/ship times. Then after waiting more, when you contact them they will tell you the item is on backorder (while their site still shows the item in stock and available to ship). When you become tired of waiting and cancel the order, they will tell you to expect payment refunded in 2 weeks. This is a very obvious scam that they are well aware they are pulling.

Purchased 2 box of 24 pocket size hand sanitize wipes, got my confirmation number, received confirmation email indicating my product will ship soon. 3 days later I received an email indicating order was canceled due to pandemic product and it was no longer available, all I can think is they knew demand has gone up and even when my order was already confirmed but they canceled it to sell the same with much higher prices, good example of price gouge. I will continue provide a review that is best for this greedy company.
Do not order from this company period this is the worst experience ever. They will not fulfill your order they will continue to tell you that they will fulfill your order and they will hold up your job. I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing my order stupid of me hope this review helps someone else don't order just don't I think it's a scam minus 10 stars

They gave me excuse after excuse! Then said I would get a refund and never honered it. I will NEVER EVER deal with them again.

In the past this firm have been OK. However, when something goes wrong their customer care is useless. I ordered some items on 14th August. They sent me the incorrect order – not the goods I had ordered. A reputable firm would have immediately corrected this mistake by sending out the correct order. However, they insisted on me taking photographs of the goods they sent me, then returning them before sending out the correct order. In the meantime I purchased the goods from elsewhere and asked them to refund the cost of the order that they had not sent to me. I have still not received the refund.
I am afraid that I will certainly not use this company again.
