I was looking for some bathroom tile that only Home Depot had but it was very expensive. Zoro had it for 1/3 less and free shipping. My contractor took forever to complete the remodeling and the window had passed by a month and a half to return some of the tile. I called Zoro and the customer representative said she would credit my account for the one box I wanted to return, and I didn't even have to return the box. I will definitely shop here again.
Nothing should take 7 days to arrive. If you need something in the very distant future, this is a good place to get it. Btw, the website sucks. Take note from how mcmaster carr.
I read the reviews for zoro.com after I made my purchase and got kind of worried. Well less than a week later I got my order delivered in perfect condition. 10 gallons of super clean weighing 89lbs. Free shipping to my house. Most of these bad reviews are from fools ordering masks and hand sanitizer that is obviously back ordered. Zoro.com has my business and will keep it.
Tried to purchase a number of chairs for our office breakroom. The total was $974, but then a Wiki Coupon reduced it to an awesome $649. When I added the shipping address that added an additional $84 for shipping, but somehow the new total was $1,059? They obviously added the shipping price to the original total and even though it's showing a Discount credit of "-$324" it's obviously not actually taking that discount from the total amount due. I've closed out and redone it several times and it keeps doing the same thing. Absolute scam artists.
Zoro has caved to Chinese communist party financial pressure and no longer considers Taiwan an independent country. Look at any product manufactured in Taiwan and Zoro labels it a province of China. Do not buy or support the communist party of China and avoid buying from Zoro.
I waited a month for my order and customer service was unable to help whatsoever since the third party seller never acknowledged the order, to begin with. I called several times for an update and I was told sorry no update for you. Wow! Never order anything from this site!
The only recommendation I would make to Zoro is put on the screen where the customer enters their shipping address, that you do not ship to P. O. Box #'s. Service was fast. They said I would get the order in a couple of days and I did. They sent an e-mail about not shipping to a P. O. Box and it was very polite. And they shipped what I ordered so I was very happy. I definitely will order from them again.
I have been looking for a replacement bag for my Sun Joe SBJ802E for months. I'm not alone as many others are in the same boat. Not sure why Sun Joe isn't making them available. They constantly spring holes in the collection bag. I was thrilled when I thought Zoro had the bag. I corresponded with them in February, then heard nothing from them until April when two bags arrived at my house. I have no remote idea what unit these bags are for, but a far cry from the bag I needed. Since we are in the middle of a Pandemic, I will not take steps to send them back. Instead, I will drive to the Salvation Army drive-thru and donate them out of the back of my car. The bill was about $60.00. I'm clueless as to what happened.
I ordered BBQ grill, they did not confirm the sale, they did not ship the sale tried to cancel the order; they did not have a history of your order? Very poor web site.
After 6 weeks I received a sale receipt on my email. I tried to cancel the ordered thy told them they shipped it. I ask them what is their return procedure... they never replay?

After reading reviews on this site, I was hesitant to make a purchase. I placed an order on Wednesday afternoon. I was gone most of Thursday, returned home in the evening, and the package was on the doorstep. Everything was perfectly fine with my order.
I placed an order with this company on 11/13/2021 and received an email confirmation for my order. I contacted them several times to check order status and customer service was great, but there was no progress on my order. I was even given a tracking number before Christmas so I created Gift Certificates for family. On 12/29/21 I called the company again to check the status of this order and they reached out to their vendor, Emery Jensen, and they apparently had cancelled my order and I had not informed anyone to include Zoro that this had happened. I was told the order would be placed again and then I get an email stating that the order could not be place... Thoroughly disgusted with this entire process... I will never order from this company again..

I ordered 4 bicycles and received 4 document folders. They are ridiculous when they can't even tell the difference between bikes and folders. NOW I am out 4 bikes and stuck with lousy folders. They will refund my money though (allegedly) in 7-10 business days. That does nothing for me when I now have to wait on my money back in order to get 4 more bikes.
Gojo is a quality brand and these wipes are of good quality. Nice and large, very moist, and they are a smooth fabric. They do not stick to your hands like microfiber towels do and clean surfaces for home use and garage. Zoro should be recognized for selling these at the lowest pricing compares to other sellers. Zoro also shipped the products free with overnight shipping! Thank you Zoro for an amazing service and well packaged product.

We had a problem between what they had on their website and what the suppliers sent us. When I contacted them, they found the error on their part. Since they weren't able to fulfill what was advertised, they worked with us to get some equitable.
They were super polite and very reasonable. Even though it was a bit of a difficult problem, their service was great about finding solutions. High praise.
I ordered 20 packs of 20 dishwasher pods. $55. They sent me one pack of 20 and said that is what the product is. Not 20 packs. So they charged me $55 for a $4 item. On the phone for 33 minutes to get resolved. How dare they charge that much! I recommend not buying from Zoro.
Just received my order# SO*******. I am pleased with the whole transaction. My conversations with the staff was helpful with my questions. Asked for an order update after 4 weeks of waiting. Was told item is no longer available. When were they going to let me know? No way to run a business. Will not do business with them again. Do not recommend doing business with them.
It was my dad's birthday and he wanted a specific (and hard to find) set of Miata headlights that are out of stock everywhere else online. Zoro claimed to have these in stock. I paid for them, waited, four days later they tell me they're out of stock. Seriously? All of these other complaints on here about their lack of customer service are pretty much dead on. If you don't have something in stock and know it, take it off your website and don't tell people you have it in stock. It's misleading and dishonest. Avoid this website if you value your time and sanity.

Don't use it, they'll just tell you upfront that they have something in stock only to tell you days later that they don't. No point in wasting your time on this subpar and dishonest website.

Don't shop here I return a ladder November 3 and still haven't gotten my money. They keep telling me 7-10 days and it's not return I needed that money to December rent and now I can't afford it. These people are scam artist and margret or Margal seems to have an attitude problem and should be replace. Horrible horrible horrible company
Very satisfied with my first experience with Zoro. They were always available to answer any questions. The representatives were knowledgeable, respectful and Kind. The shipping was right on time and they called like I asked before they shipped a very large package. Its not to hard to tell when your dealing with a professional company like Zoro. They answer there phone and do what they say there going to. Oh yea. With the promotional offer the operator told me about I saved $200 dollors and the product ended up being almost $300 cheeper then any other company. I will be using Zoro for future products. Thanks Zoro.
I ordered a selection of pulleys. I needed 4 of a specific type of pulley but only 3 were in stock. I called and the representative and she said the last pulley will ship in two or three days from another warehouse. Two days later I called and another representative said there are none in stock at any warehouse and the last pulley I need will ship in 4 weeks.So now I have to wait 4 weeks to build a project I thought I would be building in 4 days.
Obviously the first representative just wanted to force a $650 sale.
I might just send everything back!

I just bought a radiation dosimeter which clearly showed 2 components in 2 listed photographs. A pen dosimeter and a hand charger for the dosimeter which does not work by itself. I only received the pen dosimeter. The phone representative said she was sorry and she could see how the photos were misleading? Clearly deceptive.
I ordered 2 ignitors for my furnace and both were broken when recieved. I called customer service at 4:00 and they had replacements on their way to me in less than an hour. Can't ask for better service than that!
Not the best... closer to the worst. Auto generated confirmations, Auto Generated shipping confirmations. Ordered on a Thursday and received a Shipping confirmation on Friday showing "expected delivery" would be this coming Tuesday... Checked tracking on Monday - "expected delivery" date had change to Wednesday (no tracking info yet, "Label printed"). Checked tracking on Tuesday - "expected delivery" date had change to Thursday (no tracking info yet, "Label printed"). Checked tracking on Wednesday... You guessed it, same. And Now today is Friday, and again... Same crap. I will never use this site again, I would rather use a site that has a better handle on things and honest/proactive reporting.
Ordered and received within 24 hours the awesome little Sanitaire canister vac. If only all purchases were this easy, fast and exactly what I wanted! Thank you sooo much! Oh and include FREE shipping and the best (lowest) price I could find for this sweet little vacuum.
