“This company is headed by an insane management”

This company is headed by an insane management. Most people in the leadership are good leaders who know what they're doing. However, there are also many managers that are ignorant and act like idiots. The worst part is that they're actually the ones who are most toxic and hostile toward the employees. Their lack of knowledge and incompetence make us hate them more.
