I had gone for an MRI and after a short wait went into the room, and an assistant tech had me laid down on a table, which was a bit hard considering I've had spinal cord surgery in the past. As I was laying down the part where my head was supposed to go went into my back and I saw stars. I was not asked if I need assistance. When the main technician came in who was rude, nasty, arrogant, demeaning, and aggressive she tried to put a mask over my face which I said no to. She said well then you're going to risk having bad films, or you can leave. I speak to my animals nicer than she spoke to me. So I got up told her she cannot speak to me the way she was speaking to me and walked out. I suggest that anyone that needs an MRI or any kind of test go elsewhere and be treated like a wanted, needed patient. If you want to be abused, this is the place to go. I was down in a basement like a rat hole. I don't think they've put $.10 into this place since they opened it, whenever that's been. I did go elsewhere and was treated phenomenal and caring and professional and like a wanted patient. This is the way things should be to begin with.
