15.1 Notification
15.2 Review of legality and data minimisation
These Clauses shall be governed by the law of a country allowing for third-party beneficiary rights. The Parties agree that this shall be the law of the EEA country in which the data exporter is established.
Any dispute arising from these Clauses shall be resolved by the courts of the EEA country in which the data exporter is established.
EXPLANATORY NOTE:
It must be possible to clearly distinguish the information applicable to each transfer or category of transfers and, in this regard, to determine the respective role(s) of the Parties as data exporter(s) and/or data importer(s). This does not necessarily require completing and signing separate appendices for each transfer/category of transfers and/or contractual relationship, where this transparency can achieved through one appendix. However, where necessary to ensure sufficient clarity, separate appendices should be used.

Personal Data may include, but is not limited to, Personal Data relating to the following categories of Data Subjects:
Your Contacts and other end users including your employees, contractors, collaborators, customers, prospects, suppliers and subcontractors. Data Subjects may also include individuals attempting to communicate with or transfer Personal Data to your end users.

The Service Offerings Terms of Use prohibits submission of Sensitive Personal Data to the Service Offerings.

Nature of the processing
The Service Offerings allows for flexible and highly customizable business/data integration processing. The Service Offerings will process and store Personal Data controlled by you at your sole discretion using rules or logic defined by authorized users of the Service Offerings, those users being:
