Had never used any Tuffy service center but since this was AAA rated decided to give it a try. Needed new tires and an alignment. Tried to book an appointment online but something went wrong so when I showed up thinking I had an appointment and found I didn't, got worried. No problem though, they got me right in. Figured job would take a couple hours and that was pretty much spot on, including the extra time for a car without an appointment. While waiting in the spotless customer waiting area several customers came in with on the road emergencies. We needed to use the services of Professional Automotive Services of Myerstown, PA, yesterday, when the alternator on my 18 year old Saturn started to fail. No one could work on my car for a couple of weeks, but they managed to squeeze me in, even though they were scheduling normal appointments 8 days out. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I was told to wait for an hour at my location until a lift was available (which they eventually didn't need), and then bring my car out. We had been on our way home on I-81, and were still 150 miles short of our destination. We couldn't wait 2 weeks to get the car fixed. Vince said that if no one else was willing to help me, he would squeeze me in. He assured me that he would get me on the road again before the day was out. He was true to his word. They had us done by lunchtime, and it only cost me 73 bucks! (I had already purchased the alternator from Advance.) I cannot say enough good things about this business.

I purchased a travel trailer in Dallas Oregon for my daughter and son-in-law. I live in another state. The trailer had not been moved in six or seven years so we were concerned about pulling it across 3 states.
