These guys will tell you how long your brakes should last, that you do not need a certain thing done. They stick to business with honesty and integrity and I have never felt ripped off by them. The only problem is sometimes they are busy, but none the less, that's the sign of a great business!

Ordered tires from tirebuyer.com. They delivered them to troy's Tire and automotive of mead. The manager was very accommodating, even letting me in the shop to look at the underneath of my car. I asked them to align my car, as is always been something I've been told I needed when getting new tires. After putting all the equipment on the wheels and checking the alignment, the head mechanic came in and said everything was within specs and I didn't need the alignment. I can tell you with confidence that shops in the past would have charged me for the alignment, or at least the time they spent checking out. These guys did NOT. I will go to them in the future, and have already told friends and people I hardly know about my experience. And many of them were impressed and will patronize them also. Thanks guys at the troy's mead! You were great!

I went to this business since they opened up in Navarre Florida and I would not have to go to the one in Destin Florida. I drove up and they were waiting for me and very welcoming. They did more than just an oil change. They made my time there feel like I was an important customer. They took the time to answer my questions and did not rush me in and out. I had my dog with me and they were great with her. They fixed my light issue above my license plate, they fixed my head rest issue. They informed me they can fix anything on my car that they do it all. Just like a one stop store it's perfect. They were polite and just could not do enough for me. All I can say is this is the place to go get your car needs met. I finally did not feel like they were there just to take my money. That they were there to help and only fix what was wrong With the car. The entire staff was great and this is the only place I will ever take my car to.

Had never used any Tuffy service center but since this was AAA rated decided to give it a try. Needed new tires and an alignment. Tried to book an appointment online but something went wrong so when I showed up thinking I had an appointment and found I didn't, got worried. No problem though, they got me right in. Figured job would take a couple hours and that was pretty much spot on, including the extra time for a car without an appointment. While waiting in the spotless customer waiting area several customers came in with on the road emergencies. I was impressed with their ability to diagnose issues based on customer descriptions and get vehicles in to be checked ASAP. Very apparent why they became AAA rated

Ok. Well. I've been taking all of my cars to Darrell's Auto Repair in Egg Harbor Township for many years. They have always done a great job on my vehicle, charged a fair price, and explained the problem in detail. I never had a problem with a repair. Darrell would also show me the parts that needed to be replaced. The most important thing I feel about visiting this business is that you feel good when you're inside discussing the problem. I also feel they are honest about the repairs. They never try to sell you unnecessary parts or add ons unless it's necessary for safety. I am glad they check out other things to make sure your vehicle is safe to drive. I see why they get so busy over there. People are happy with their repairs and continue to be regulars.
