Wish I had read these reviews before. Ordered something and didn't receive it. They blamed postal strikes but I paid for DHL, so not sure why that's relevant. In our correspondence they called me arrogant, ridiculous, and pig-headed. Speaks for itself, really. Shop elsewhere!

Bee 🐝, my Aussie Doodle, has had a ByteTag since she was a puppy. Her tag was scanned by my neighbor when Bee 🐝 decided to visit him. The GPS notification worked perfectly, I was notified that she was "visiting" my neighbor. Since then we have been scanned only once to demonstrate to our trainer how the ByteTag works. Small price to pay for peace of mind for one's fur baby.

Was given a belt from this company as a Christmas present. They refuse to provide a full refund. They just offered a store credit +15% restocking fee. Item was not as advertised and does not fit. Buyer beware dishonest company. Just look at all the Better Busines Bureau complaints!

Website will glitch out, not letting you go to the assignment list or home screen. I have submitted multiple assignments that have not submitted and I have lost all of my progress on and have had to restart. For a nearly $300 course, I expected better.

Be careful what you order- you may get something different than you think! If I could give zero stars I would. Deceitful advertising and horrible customer service. They used bait and switch to have me order the wrong color hat. Photo of white cowboy hat and they ship me black ones. I signed up for BuzzAgent a few years ago. I have been picked for plenty of thing's over the years. They pick you on how you answer the pre-survey questions. It took me 6 months to get my first item. It was a smart 18,000 BTW air conditioner. Other thing's I have received is a Bissell vacuum, hoover vacuum, 2 lotions, coupon for shrimp, Lacombe mascara, Lacombe face cream, another mascara, hair...
