Placed an order for just over seven hundred pounds and received an email to confirm my order and delivery date of 10 days. After ten days tried to chase my order all phone lines down and no reply to over ten emails sent. I have now over three weeks later from original delivery date request a full refund with no confirmation or reply to my request. I am going to start small claims to get my money back through the courts. This firm spends a lot of money on TV adverts, maybe they should be spending it on customer relations and better staff.
Please avoid this company at all costs and use a local supplier as I had to, and I saved just under one hundred pounds for the same items and got all items ordered delivered next day.

Brought a Hi-lux from Platinum Toyota at Trowbridge and ordered a soft tonneau cover which was advertised in the brochure as being available for the Hi-lux I had ordered. When the Hi-lux was ready to pickup they said the soft cover was unavailable, their solution was to fit a box instead, so my tools were out of site. Several weeks later they sourced a cover and I had a bill for the box as well as the cover for the an amount of over £400.00 I complained at the time about having to pay for the box, their response to this was that I had the box at a discounted price, I had expected them to remove the box when the soft cover became available, I hadn't realized I would have to purchase it because they couldn't supply the cover I originally ordered. Taking this to court, I can't believe what Platinum have said in their defence statement. In my opinion this company is totally untrustworthy.

Joined EBAY about one year ago and spent rather a lot of money, mostly on sub standard rubbish. I had to complain about six times regarding items from china not arriving to items not working or totaly broken and unfit for use. Ebay on two occasions refunded my money after I had to complain several times to customer support, but due to my complaints against faulty goods or bad sellers EBAY has banned me from the site. As a buyer on ebay I should expect the same rights as had I brought the items from a shop, but no EBAY seems to protect the conmen who sell broken and sub standard items. This has to be as they make their money from the sellers. SO ALL BE WARNED ABOUT EBAY AND ITS BAD SELLERS [PLEASE NOTE THIS WAS EBAY IN THE UK. AND NOT ALL MY BUYS ENDED BAD.]

Where to start. Ordered a kudus shower enclosure for just under £500 in the belief it would be delivered in 5 to 7 days. Phoned up after 10 days and was told it would be looked into. After two weeks it was found the item was lost [a heavy glass shower door]. I was told a new order had been made and was given another three delivery dates each time I had lost work and the item never arrived The staff on the phone were today rude and unhelpfull and still i have not got my shower door and or a refund in full. THIS IS THE WORSE FIRM I HAVE DEALT WITH ON THE INTERNET AND CAN ONLY INFORM OTHERS TO KEEP WELL CLEAR. I SHALL INFORM ALL IF I GET MY REFUND AS PROMISED.

Use this firm a lot for tools and matirals.If i have a problem its sorted out straight away, this is why i keep useing them. Would recomend them
