Can i try it for a month with out having to sigh up for a monthly subscription ?

Answer:

Yes and No. While the company would prefer not to, for obvious reasons, they are also very customer service oriented and will work with you.

Most of the reviews that i have read state that the wine is bad and that canceling is very difficult. i just signed up and wish i hadn't.

Sorry! It's going to take forever for you to get in touch with them but I would go ahead an write concierge@brightcellars to put in a cancellation.

How do i completely cancel my account with bright cellars?

Answer:

Just send an email to the concierge asking them to cancel. They will reply asking if you'd like to postpone your shipments. Just say no, you want to cancel. And they will cancel your account.

How long does it take for the package to be delivered after you order it?

Answer:

4 to 5 days. It is usually pretty quick. They definitely keep you posted and supply tracking info so you are up to date.
