Thank God I made my purchase through Pay Pal. Pay Pal doesn't play. They will notify the vendor and if they vendor doesn't respond in 3 days, Pay Pal will refund you your cash and reverse the charge to the vendor.

They will eventually refund your money but it could take ages And you'll probably have to chase that up on a regular basis.
I did get a refund on a pair of boots i bought but after 2 months, 5 phone call And a dozen of emails.
