Ironically enough, after we removed the fixture and replaced it we put it back in the box and packing it came to us in. It was the that we noticed a Dot & Bo previous return authorization on the bottom of the box. It was apparent the tag was put on, not by accident, but had been returned from a previous customer and resent to my daughter! WE did receive the full refund finally but never again.
