Dot and Bo have some very unique items. Some of the prices are very reasonable and others are pretty high. I was sad when they held a recent contest and didn't announce who won. I submitted more entries than almost anyone and was hoping to be a winner. I understood not being chosen, not everyone can win these things, but then it felt like maybe they just didn't pick anyone, it would have been nice to know that they actually selected someone. Aside from contests I still love their stuff and placed an order for a chandelier. The chandelier is gorgeous though a completely different color than what is advertised online. The shipment came very quickly which was AWESOME. I would absolutely order from them again and again.

I liked what I saw on the website. Decided to order a small item first from this company before ordering a larger more expensive item. Glad I did it that way. I waited a month for a print I ordered as a gift for a friend. After three weeks I contacted them about my order status. They basically blamed the delay on the fact that their business was growing so fast they could not keep up with demand. After the fourth week I cancelled the order. I love internet shopping but hate unreliable drop shippers. I have had better luck with Ebay than many companies like Dot & Bo.

There's a lot to be said for having more negative 1 star reviews than positive. If it means you need to revamp your business shipping methods, you might need to pay closer attention to what customers are telling you rather than simply a generic apology. That being said, this was my first order, of course never received because I cancelled it and requested a refund. I will not attempt a purchase again. Hint, if you advertise it, you'd better make sure you have it in stock FIRST, especially when you're taking payment up front without delays. Nobody likes to be given an order date only to be told there is a delay after waiting a month, months, or even longer as some people have reported.

While they have seemingly lovely products. Dot & Bo is a terrible company that nobody should ever shop from. Customer Service does not exist for this company. The only way to get assistance is via email and they do not respond to emails. I emailed them at least 20 times over the course of a few weeks and only ever received automated responses saying they would reach out in 1-2 business days. You're $#*! out of luck if anything is wrong with your delivery or items. Shopping at Dot & Bo is a total hassle and an absolute risk. DON'T DO IT!

I have never written an online review before, but this experience motivated me to. Half of my items were missing. The packaging was atrocious and two items were damaged. Two items also in no way resemble the images on the website. Website blatantly lied about material used to construct. Major rip-off will not be purchasing from dot & bo again. Beware!

I am really enjoying being able to hear all of my old record albums again! My new turntable from Dot & Bo is so cute, portable, and fun to use. The sound is great also! I highly recommend this player. It is a good quality product at a reasonable price.

I have not opened and assembled my order as of yet. However, the ordering process, communication, and shipment was all outstanding. I sent an email requesting info on shipping and received a follow-up immediately. I highly recommend this company.

I purchased the Tall Marra Pedestal Table and received it several days before expected- which made me very happy. The table is excellent quality and flawless. Looks amazing in my living room! Easy to put together... they even provided a handy little tool and matching numbers on the legs and table which made it foolproof. Perfect process in the purchase, shipping and follow up by Dot & Bo.

Great prices for high quality furniture. I bought two paddington lounge chairs in February, received them in march and they have held up incredibly well. Shipping is on the longer side, but the website is very fun and the emails are gorgeous.

I had an extraordinary experience with dot and bo ordering a side table for my new house. I found the perfect table but it was out of stock. I got an email from their service team telling me they'd try and find one and shortly after they did! It arrived in 4 weeks - a little long to wait but they told me 6 weeks so i was certainly pleased. The table is in and i love it. I also check back from time to time and they have many more things i'd buy!

Dot&Bo has a less than user-friendly on line order tracking system. I've had to loop through again and again to finally get to a email form where I could actually submit my item number and explain my problem. It's been four weeks after the recorded shipment date on my account and I have yet to receive the item I ordered and paid for by credit card. Not feeling confident about my choice in using this company nor my opportunities in resolving this issue. At this point I would not be a repeat customer Nor would I ever refer this company to anyone else.

I found my DREAM sofa on dot and bo after searching for months. When I finally made the decision to pull the trigger, the sale had closed and the couch was no longer available. I emailed them immediately and one of their service people got back to me letting me know she'd do everything possible to get the couch back for me, and a couple of days later she did - the couch arrived and it's totally perfect. I'm in love.

Tip for consumers:
incredible. even if they don't have the sale up any more they're so helpful in getting you what you want.

My order for six chairs came promptly. When one of them was defective customer service immediately reacted and is sending a replacement that will arrive in time for the holidays, which was the reason for the purchase. I am beyond impressed and, as a professional interior designer, I can definitely HIGHLY recommend this company.

I thought I was looking for a flat basket tray but saw your box and bought it. It is perfect! I put some felt dots on the bottom so it wouldn't scratch my glass table but it keeps all necessities handy and not strewn all over. Thanks! See photo!

I am an online shopper - for just about anything I might need; business, personal, gifts. When I came across Dot & Bo, I was attracted to the industrial modern campaign and purchased a couple of things. As each item arrived I was thrilled with the quality and astonished that everything was as described and more. I was inspired to update my office after seeing what Dot & Bo could do to accent the creativity of my design and marketing company. So now, I am a repeat customer and telling everyone I know to check them out.

The items were packaged beautifully and with care and arrived in pristine condition. As with the other set I have, from the same manufacturer, it is difficult to put in the wood screws on the side rails. Other than that, and a nail head that was loosened during transportation, they are beautiful and comfortable. Very good value for the style and comfort

This is a company that stands behinds its products. They are not satisfied until the customer is also satisfied and offer a wide variety of decor and furniture. Recently i ordered a product that was delivered damaged. Customer service was honest and told me many customers have had the same issue, and they were removing the product from their website. They were extremely apologetic and offered me a new chair, though i decided to cancel the order and order something else. They also have a cool incentive program with Pinterest - if someone re-pins one of their products that YOU have pinned and then purchases it, YOU receive a $20 credit. NEAT!

I purchased a four door storage cabinet in turquoise from Dot and Bo. It was on sale for $169. At the time it occurred to me that I might want a second matching cabinet, but I decided to wait until the first one arrived so that I could be sure of keeping it. The cabinet came in and fit perfectly into my room. Next morning I went to Dot and Bo's website and looked up the cabinet. Now it was priced at $189. I contacted customer service through email and explained my situation. A very kind lady named Patricia arranged to credit my account for $20 so that I could purchase a second cabinet at the same sale price as the first. I consider this outstanding customer service and am grateful to everyone at Dot and Bo who were willing to help me. Oh, and I did purchase the second storage cabinet.

I came across Dot & Bo's website while searching online for furniture for my new home. I immediately fell in love with their website. I had a few questions regarding some of the items on their site. I emailed Dot & Bo to get a little more information before I made the decision to buy. I was very surprised to see that I had received a reply within a matter of minutes! The surprise continued when I read the reply email. I was provided in depth information on ALL of the items I had asked about and the lady that helped me was so sweet and made me feel very important. When my order arrived at my door I was ecstatic. Everything was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with the service I received from start to finish. I was going to order from overstock, however Dot and Bo beat the price by $80.00 a piece. This saved me almost $150.00. I ordered Barstools that were exactly what I wanted. Very nice quality along with speedy delivery. Very happy all around.

Bought a rocking chair. Received it on time and was surprisingly well packed. Nothing broke or missing and was super easy to put together in a few minutes with a couple tools. I love sitting in it and fits perfect but it's for my daughter and she loves the color with the wood.

Tip for consumers:
Read the reviews with the 5 stars because this is the service you'll get and don't be afraid of bad reviews. I've ordered from them many times and only had a slight delay once because of weather.

I love shopping Dot & Bo. I like that it is as if they selected all the products I love and put them in one place. Often other online stores that sell interior decor are laden with thousands and thousands of products that I would never buy. But Dot & Bo offers a great curated experience with daily collections that make you see shopping in a different way!

I had an order cancelled before Christmas. I called them to find out what happened and was told the manufacturer Didn't have enough to fulfill orders. Customer service was very nice. I have ordered from them before without issue. Nevertheless... 20 minutes after hanging up with them... They sent me a credit worth more than the item I was going to purchase. I would say that's amazing customer service. I certainly didn't expect it nor did I ask for it. Give dotandbo a chance to provide great customer service and you won't be disappointed.

I work with lot of old documents that have faded over the years so I need a magnifying glass often. This little gym is perfectly functional and so beautiful, I can leave it sitting out all the time. I couldn't be happier!

I recently ordered bookends, a wall rack and photo/frame collage. I was very satisfied with the pricing and quality, but mostly, the shipping! Someone definitely took time to properly package the items and ensure they arrived to me in one piece.
