I would advise you NOT purchase from DressWe. They have a return policy but do not honor it. So unless you are willing to keep the dress no matter whatever problems it may have, go ahead and order from them. They do have several good reviews, don't know if they are legitimate though. On the dress I wanted to return they only offered me a partial refund and said I needed to pay return shipping costs, which were very expensive. With the small refund I would have received and the cost of shipping I would have lost money. I still have a dress I do not want.
I am going through the same thing with them. Regret ordering from them. I requested to return it and they are making it impossible with no money back.

If you want to return this dress, you have to pay for the shipping fees. As you know, the shipping fees would be very expensive.
I don't think that is wise for you to do so.On the other hand, it's unfair to the factory.
The factory has devoted so much money and energy and the tailors work day after night to make this dress for you.
We have less profit, we dont hope the see the dress returned.
For your unsatisfactory detail of the dress, we are willing to refund 10%, ok?
