on 11/8/16Calling them is a joke. The recorded message requires you to use the "phone number" you used to order the product, and if you ordered it over the internet the phone number doesn't exist. Just keep on calling. Before eventually getting a customer service rep I was also diverted to another home security scam. USE EMAIL ONLY. Get an RMA number AND a membership cancellation number. Save ALL the emails and return the product within 14 days. Hell, even the tracking number they gave me was wrong - they said it was USPS but instead I found out it was UPS which then transferred it to USPS. This just happened so I will watch my checking account to see if they follow through. May be able to sue them in San Diego small claims court.
