If you used a credit card, call the credit card company and revoke authorization to bill your card. Also tell them you did not authorize the charges in the first place. The credit card company should stop paying them and should investigate to determine the legitimacy of the other charges. Be sure to give them this website so they can see all the issues people have had. They should credit your account but that depends on the investigation.
I don't know if it is technically fraud under your laws but yYou are aware this is a review website and has nothing to do with the ecigsbrand company, right?
You have to have a wall unit adapter to plug your charger into the wall to charge it. The USB port plugs into that. L purchased a wall adapter and a car charger when l purchased the trial. You will have to order one for the wall. You can go to any cig store and purchase one of these. It doesn't have to be purchased from Ecig where you bought your unit. Hope this helps. (:
Calling them is a joke. The recorded message requires you to use the "phone number" you used to order the product, and if you ordered it over the internet the phone number doesn't exist. Just keep on calling. Before eventually getting a customer service rep I was also diverted to another home security scam. USE EMAIL ONLY. Get an RMA number AND a membership cancellation number. Save ALL the emails and return the product within 14 days. Hell, even the tracking number they gave me was wrong - they said it was USPS but instead I found out it was UPS which then transferred it to USPS. This just happened so I will watch my checking account to see if they follow through. May be able to sue them in San Diego small claims court.
They did the same to me! I called them for this charge and they told me that it was a mistake and refund me. Of course, the package was not delivered yet. So I continued to wait for it. It arrived yesterday and I began looking for information and get to know it is a scam. I took out the money from my account and will open another one.
I called cigs today and they assured me that if I canceled the day before my trial ended, they would not charge me. They said after I canceled they would instruct me on how to return it. I don't like it. When I puff on it the oil comes out of the seam where it connects And some of it gets in my mouth. It's pretty disgusting! I'm so glad I read everyone's reviews because I never check my bank statements and I'd never have known. Thanks for all your feedback!
