I never received my products and could not get any response from KOODING regarding it. I had to open a dispute via AfterPay and KOODING eventually allowed a refund, less a shipping and refund fee of $31.99, which is absolutely ridiculous since I simply never received the items. It wasn't until I threatened to sue in small claims that AfterPay (not KOODING) refunded me the final $31.99. So I can't speak to the legitimacy to the products since I never received them, but definitely there are a lot of return issues. Not only for me, but seems a lot of people have had problems returning things.

Not at all. They charge an insane markup and you may also be subject to customs fees upon arrival of your order. On top of that, their customer service is horrid, terribly unresponsive, and even accusatory. I would recommend either YesStyle, or simply buying directly from the brand.
