I never received my products and could not get any response from KOODING regarding it. I had to open a dispute via AfterPay and KOODING eventually allowed a refund, less a shipping and refund fee of $31.99, which is absolutely ridiculous since I simply never received the items. It wasn't until I threatened to sue in small claims that AfterPay (not KOODING) refunded me the final $31.99. So I can't speak to the legitimacy to the products since I never received them, but definitely there are a lot of return issues. Not only for me, but seems a lot of people have had problems returning things.

I received all my products fine and had no issue communicating with them. I do remember my first email response ended up in spam folder though, which is common when it's first time communicating
