Call your bank and change your card number
Call them and let them know you have contacted your bank and will contact the better business bureau of you don't get a full refund. Then contact the better bBB and file a formal complaint. You will have a refund within a week. That's how I got my money back

Make sure you receive a confirmation that service has been cancelled. Otherwise, they will keep billing you.
Also, I called them and asked politely to have my money returned after I had cancelled (the first time, when I didn't get an email confirmation) and the customer service rep said she couldn't do anything. It wasn't until after I wrote about my negative experience in a review that another representative contacted me and reimbursed the charges after I cancelled

In Nz it may be a bit different as our bank can't stop it without authorisation from them - like that's would ever happen. We cancelled both our credit cards. That's the only way to stop them. We got an email from them when the charges wouldn't go thru. It said there was a problem with our card. Sorry but only way is to cancel your card. Good luck.

I would recommend you file complaints with FTC, States Attorney Office etc.
Send them a Certified letter to cease and desist.

As most people have suggested you may email them, however do so directly through your email client, not through their site to guarantee they receive it. I had a similar issue and resolved it through the Better Business Bureau.

Email the company, the fine print says thye can charge if you dont cancel. Email them, they will respond and you should get most of the fees back. I did, and found them somewhat helpfull. Patience and directness helps. Good luck

Not only did I cancel the debit card on my daughter's account, but I filed a complaint/dispute with the bank, I also filed with the BBB, AND the FTC. We DID cancel before the 14th day, I have an e-mail as proof, we also called them, they still charged my daughter $39.80 anyway... which is why we cancelled her card & contacted our bank. From the hundreds of reviews that I have read it seems like the only way to keep them out of your account. Please, take the time to go one step further and file with the BBB & the FTC as well. This needs to stop. There are reviewers on here claiming that it is our fault, we should have read, etc. etc... BUT WE DID READ & FOLLOW DIRECTIONS & CANCEL BEFORE 14 DAYS. This company is just plain deceptive & fraudulent.

The only way I could get them to stop charging (even after repeated phonecalls and emails) was to cancel my bank card. Also, PLEASE report this to the Better Business Bureau, so many people have been scammed by them! We must try to shut this business right down!

#1 Tell your credit card company (bank) that they were unauthorized charges
#2 keep telling them they are unauthorized charges
#3 Tell them to cancel your card
#4 On the back of your credit card statement (with mine anyways) is a dispute form fill it in sign and date it and mail it in.

Dawn, I cancelled the card that I used and am getting a new card with new numbers. The only secure thing I can think of to do.

Call your banking institution and have it stopped at that level if nothing else works

We had to call them and threaten to get them to stop charging us. I'm not sure what the phone number was unfortunately and it was hard to track down. We found it somewhere on their website though... Good luck!
