I purchase a dress but it was TOO SMALL and the fabric was AWFUL and cheap! I received the item after 18 days and when I wanted to return the Item they did not give me the return address (they did not reply my emails! Despite they mentioned it the website that for return we should email them and ask for the return address) BUT DID NOT ANSWER! And now it is over 28 days from shipping (I've received the item a week ago!) and I cannot be refunded anymore!

Could you please let me know your order number and what email you used to contact our customer service? I will check what is wrong with the dress and the email no responding issue.

For the shipping time, if you choose free shipping, it's normal that it took about 18 days, because it's shipped overseas.

As from my experience, they will reply around 1-2 days. I saw on their website that you could return your unsatisfied items to them for free, and one of my friends indeed confirmed it's true. It may takes a bit longer, but the did what they said, guess because it's shipped from overseas.

Try to contact them with your order number, or check your junk box to see if you've already got their reply.
