“Not so great”

Ordered the eye gel hoping it would be as good as everything said it was. It was terrible, made my eyes itch something horrible and they will not refund your money. Since this crap was so expensive I am a bit ticked to say the least. They said they were giving me a credit for their website, well not really wanting to order anything else for sure. Wish I had found this site before I spent a small fortune for crap! Stay away

I would give this a 0 if I could. I sure wish I would have seen this review before I bought. I purchased eye gel for $100 and a satisfaction guarantee for a complete refund after 30 days. Well the product didn't do anything on my eye puffiness and it stung my eyes so badly. I called after 30 days of using it and the woman said it was suppose to be 30 days after purchase. Would give an exchange. There is not another eye product. DO NOT BUY FROM DERMAGIST. It is a scam.

I was using Strivectin with good results yet foolishly changed to dermagist neck cream. After only 3 weeks of use erased all the benefits of the previous cream I was using. THE SKIN ON MY NECK LOOKS WORSE THAN WHEN I STARTED USING IT. This is expensive GARBAGE. Do not buy. Also. Have asked to send back for refund... no response. BUYER BEWARE

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THIS/THESE PRODUCTS. THEY DO NOTHING SPECIAL FOR YOUR SKIN AND NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO YOU WILL BE BILLED $92.00! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCELL BECAUSE YOU CANNOT GET A PERSON ON THE PHONE. YOUR BANK (CREDIT CARD) WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU. I ONLY RECEIVED THE TRIAL SAMPLES, FINALLY GOT A PERSON TO SPEAK TO. I RECEIVED NO MORE PRODUCTS BUT THE $92.00 IS STILL ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. I'M REALLY APALLED THAT CHRISTY BRINKLEY WOULD HAVE HER FACE ON THESE PROMOTIONS. IT IS A SCAM!

After disputing the $89.00 charge to my credit card, I returned my initial "free sample" to the Dermajuve address, along with another jar of product they sent me. I returned these, Cerfified, and they refused to accept them. The package was eventually returned to me. I fear that they will keep sending product, keep billing my card. I am going to pursue this to the end, and may have to cancel my credit card. What a bunch of crooks.

Heads up to anyone thinking or have ordered from this company! Bad bad business! I was smart enough to cancel my card after ordering the sample so they can't steal my money! I suggest you all do the same before they take your money too!

Do not buy. Photos have been stolen from medical laser companies which I reported about. Cream does not work-who knows what I was putting on my face.

In response to Karen's comment on 12/14, I too have been scammed. I ordered what I thought was a free teeny tiny jar and just paid for shipping. That was October. In November, they charged my account $89. And in Dec. ANOTHER $89. I NEVER received any more product! When I called today they told me the best they could do was refund me 50%. BUYER BEWARE!

This is a scam! I ordered this thinking it was a free sample and they charged me in full for the first order... however I didn't expect it to autoship. Now I have two months supply of something that doesn't work and they won't take it back. I called them and they would let me cancel the subscription but didn't want to give me the address to send it back until I asked for a manager. I am sending it back with a letter requesting a refund as the boxes have not been opened and can only hope I get my money back ($89.00/each). Live and learn.

Like the others, I was gullible and got scammed. I ordered the free trial, paid $4.95 shipping and then noticed a couple of weeks later that my checking acct had been charged an addition $89.95! Before I ordered the initial trial bottle I read and re-read the offer to see if there was any extra fees, anywhere that it might say you were signing up for an on-going shipment of supplies - - - no where was any of this printed. I called the company today, they told me the product I ordered was not the one listed as "free" - I ordered only what they had the $4.95 shipping fee for so not sure how they come up with that lie. After much discussion, ranting and raving they offered a 13% refund, then a 35% refund - then a 50% refund. I was continually telling them I wanted to talk with whoever was giving them authority to give refunds I wanted a total refund and I would return product... only after being persistent and informing that I would be filing a complaint against them concerning their fraudulent offer, did I finally get an address to return the product with the promise that if I DID return the product I would get a full-refund. I am so mad, both at them and at myself for being scammed like this.

This company is a scam. I tried the trial offer pd shppg 4.95$ I knew to call and cancel right away within a week at least so i would not automatically keep receiving it. I received it along with 5 bottles of eye serum from a company KOLRAVI. TO THE TUNE OF $148.00! I CALLED IMMEDIATELY TO RETURN IT. SAME ADDRESS AS DERMAJUVE. What do you know. I called today, originally 4/2715, to see about the credit. I explained that i did not order this and the foreign person LEI EMP#******* told me one of the bottles was used and he would credit me $94.60. I said I ordered dermajuve not KOLRAVI. ANYHOW... 5 bottles are $148. 29. 60 per bottles. So i got got charged$53.40 plus the shipping back was $6.00. GOT RIPPED $60.00 for a product i didnt order and charged double to boot!

I used the Dermajuv products for a 30 day trial period, and was not satisified with the product or the company return policy. First off the process is 3-4 steps (4 if you use the eye-roller). After applying all these products and placing suncreen on top of them it just peeled off my face, no matter what oil-free sunsceen product I used. I ended up returning the products as I didn't see any difference in my skin texture, tone or dismished wrinkle response, at all, plus I couldn't wear sunscreen with these Dermajuv products.

Keep in mind the product is marketed as "best deal" by purchasing 3 treatment products and then you are encouraged to also buy an eye-roller or neck firming cream. I guess somewhere in the small print Dermajuv said it would will charge a $7.00 retsocking fee (some risk-free 30 day trial period) for each returned bottle, even though they were purchased as a set. Dermajuv will also take approximatley 90 days to charge back what you are owed upon return of there product. Dermajuv also refused to sign for receipt of product as well, which is not good business practice, plus who are they restocking a used product for? Are they reselling used product by mixing the returned products togethe?. Who knows, but I would save your $200.00 and spend it on Botox as this product does not work.

I told the person at customer service I only wanted to try the product, and not to bill me for any more product until I tried it first, they said no problem, now they charged my debit card for an order. SCAMMERS, they need to be shut down.
