This company is below decent. Management people are sometimes rude and have no regard for the feelings of employees. Support staff are also unreliable. Everything else is just bearable, but I'm sure you can do better. Find another company which will actually be worth your time.

I ordered a laptop cover and the cover I received was about 1 cm too small on 1 side & 1/2 cm too small on the other sides when lined up correctly with the apple symbol. I called over a week ago to order a hat. I made follow up calls because said hat never arrived. My call was finally returned by a rude woman (not the guy I ordered from) who told me the guy LOST my order. The problem is my order included my personal information as well as my credit card number. Do not buy anything from this company! If you need to return something, it will cost you more to mail it back to China than the product is worth and you won't ever get your refund.
