Been using them for years. Recently placed 2 separate orders and neither arrived. It appears that NEITHER ONE WAS EVER SHIPPED. Been trying customer service all morning. No answer. No call back. Just infuriating. Don't use them unless they get their act together again!
Tip for consumers:
This company used to be great. Now you can't get your paid-for order and can't contact customer service to find out when it will ever arrive! I won't use them again.
