I have worked hard and jumped through hoops to purchase a dress from JJs House. The experience has been horrible! As of now, they are holding $253 of mine for up to 14 days on an order they said to cancel and reorder via PayPal! What's worse? Their customer service SUCKS! You can't talk to anyone cause they are based in Singapore - wish I would have known that at the start! Buyer Beware! ZERO STARS!
Tip for consumers:
The absolute worst customer service! There isn’t any! So if you have any issues - you get zero help to resolve it! Your money will be held up for 2 weeks!

As consumers, we should be able to review meals and confirm the order before we are charged! BEWARE. Don't follow the prompts to look at meals - you will be charged and food will be delivered even without confirming you want it! Every plate and hello fresh are one in the same - I got scammed by both just trying to find a meal plan that suites me!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t follow the prompts just to see their menus! You will be charged and food you didn’t even select will be delivered … there is no refund! This is awful for all consumers!

None. I can’t eat what they offer b/c it’s not part of my diet. They charge you and send whatever they want w/o confirming the purchase!
