On November 23rd I ordered 3 items (First & Last Time I will order from them) from "Shop Catheters" also known as "Health Products for you" and was told it would be shipped in 2 days. After 8 days I received an email that said it would be 3-5 days more before it could be shipped. So I emailed cancelling the order then 12 hours later I called and cancelled the order again. The the next day I received an email saying 1 item was shipped so I called again and asked why they shipped my order that was cancelled twice and was told they could not find my email and the clerk I talked to on the phone did not record my cancellation on their system. Then I was told to refuse the package when and if it comes, but I can not do this because I will not be home when UPS comes. If this company is so desperate to ignore 2 cancellations on a $30.00 order just to make the sale what else are they capable of?
