Consider this, the very nature of this product is low-key and requires getting hands on your kids device…. Which Isn't easy to do. The fact that the process wasn't seamless and quick is grounds for a refund! The luxury of time isn't present. Y'all know that. And shame on your staff for bullying, patronizing, being immature and difficult to work with.
