Till no response from them. Told them to respond and be a little considerate yet there's no sound from them. They only greet you well when its time to make the payment and then they disappear and come back with unprofessional communication. Till now zero justification and even the so call amended were not given but they have taken £500.
Tip for consumers:
You do not want to engage in a service where you are not given a proper closure so please think before you commit.
