(Update: As I said in the previous review - they literally NEVER give any response to you. And guess what? Less than 1 hour after I posted that review revealing the FRAUD. They sent an email and harassed me - despite having assured a refund would be provided, they've NEVER done so. Now they're using my money as a ransom, asking for the removal of my review! This fraudulent company is ABSOLUTELY SHAMELESS.)

No exaggeration, everything I am saying here is pure FACTS:

First of all, the most vital thing for this kind of service is undoubtedly the quality of the papers - how is it? 7000 words law papers were ordered. After a week, they were already 2 days late without any notice (whilst there is almost no way you can get in touch, will talk about this later), when they finally delivered, PURE RUBBISH. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? LITERALLY 0 CITATION USED IN LAW ESSAYS? From the very first sight everyone could tell it was a useless paper - very obvious that it was not answering the question AT ALL. Being shaken by those unimaginable things, I copied and pasted those works into Google, and guess what? The website appeared on top had LITERALLY THE SAME CONTENT. Copying and pasting stuff from some unknown websites was what they did, surprisingly they didn't even hide it - the structure, headings, bullet points etc., everything was in the SAME SEQUENCE as that unknown site. It is crystal clear that they charge you hundreds of pounds, then just Google the question you provide, and give you a website oh sorry, they help you to put information down from the site to a word document! How kind this company is! Btw, that website they copied from didn't have enough content, so they just stopped that, didn't even add a single sentence to it - at the end, they delivered 5517 words of pure rubbish for 7000 words essays - 5517 words law essays with ZERO CITATION, COMPLETE PLAGIARISM and PURE DESCRIPTION (not even relevant to the question at all). Compared to this, all those other problems such as tons of ridiculous mistakes, typos, three commas in a row, introduction and conclusion which are full of meaningless nonsense but occupy more than 30% of the whole piece of work, several blanks in the middle of a word etc. just seemed too trivial.

Do you think this sounds horrible? Oh unfortunately this is just the start. Then we come to the most disgusting part of this company: CUSTOMER SERVICE. Basically, from the very first chat, they were already awful. This is probably the SOLE site in the world that will be rude, impolite and impatient to even first-time customer. Though most of the time you won't even be able to get through to their so-called "24/7" chat, since you will be on 'queue position 1' for literally the whole day and never get any response, even if you managed to, they could abruptly cut the chat off and ban you from using it. Guess why I was ban? Did I say something bad? Oh sorry, I was asking for refunds and they simply banned me from using the "live-chat". Unfortunately, this "live-chat" is the only way you might be able to communicate with them. They do provide an email, which will NEVER respond to you though. Just give you guys an example - when they receive your payment, they won't give an response; when they have assigned a "writer", they won't let you know; when the work is started, you know nothing about that because no one will tell you; when the "promised delivery time" has passed and you receive nothing, they won't give you any update. To be fair, they don't do this after you paying. Before paying, they looked like they didn't bother telling you their bank account or more details - "DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU ALL THE TIME" is probably the most suitable phrase to describe them. I tried to get in touch via live-chat the next day after the deadline was missed, and their first sentence was "Do you know this is a saturday morning?" Only after I said 'it's supposed to be delivered yesterday', did they say "it's coming today" and closed the chat suddenly. Sadly it's another lie - they missed the deadline once more. I am not exaggerating at all, this was how they replied. Moreover, please remember NOT to send more than 3 emails in 2 days - I remember their response was like this: "You send an email every hour, we're not slave!" And all I was asking was like 'has the work started?' 'how will we receive the paper?' etc.), I asked all these because no one knew the answers. Their site said you got an account after placing an order - which was not the case, they said you must pay them 1000 to open an account. Then I wanted to ask if 'we'd receive the paper via email?' But they didn't reply and banned me.

I can NEVER forget the last live-chat with them, when I was asking for a refund, they were saying "I feel uncomfortable, please don't harass me" and banned me.

They literally broke their every single "promise", you can see a load of these "promises" on their site:

"You obtain the grade you ordered the first time, guaranteed!": ok, law essays with ZERO citation which was even copied from Google without hiding guaranteed you a decent grade, bravo!

"We guarantee your final grade": what they said under this "promise" was indeed correct - "The major purpose of our writing service is to inspire you to personally write your own work". That's definitely true, if you receive a Google paper, of course you'll need to write your own work! How thoughtful they are!

"No-plagiarism guarantee": wow wow wow, I think I don't need to repeat here.

"You'll get your essay on time!": "if there is a delay in delivering you the work, then we'll refund your money back in full and then you'll get your work done free of charge" - ok, and now they are completely hiding from my request for a refund - kept lying on the live-chat that I would receive a confirmation email for refund which I've NEVER received, now they don't even talk to me on live-chat!

"Only qualified writers work with us": ok, even high school students doing law understand the importance of not writing descriptive thing and citation. A professional who knows literally ZERO about citation/referencing, can you believe that?

"We offer a quality report free of charge" "We have a free amendments promise" "All work is checked for plagiarism": they can be put together because these are all LIES. None of them will be met because there is no one who will spare 1 second on you.

At the end, I must say I am absolutely surprised, I have never imagined that I couldn't even find a single good thing about this fraudulent company. Given they're still hiding and not giving any response regarding refund for a week, now I am going to report this company to the bank as well as relevant bodies since it's too obvious this is a scam. For those who still want to go for this company, I'd say good luck, perhaps you might want to check how to report fraud whilst waiting for your work!
