I have spent $400 on MAC makeup in the past few years. It has become my go-to. However, upon never receiving a package recently, I called costumer no-service and was very frustrated by the entire ordeal. Though they never gave me tracking information and the "track my order" button in the email they sent me led to incomplete info, they said it was not their problem that I never received my item. It was such a frustrating call that I don't plan to ever use their bloated, difficult website in the future. I have had other problems in the past with their website and orders not going through, but this person-to-person conversation was the WORST and enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
