I paid for insurance for an item sent on 22 Sep 2023. Planet express will only open a claim after 30 working days. I opened a claim on 8 November and they have ignored most my except except this one which I received on 15 Jan 2024: "Hello,
The claim opened on package BI is currently still pending. Unfortunately this courier has slow processing times and takes time before concluding their investigation and providing compensation. We will send a communication for the status of this claim. Will respond back to you as soon as more information is provided. " I am happy to share and forward all correspondence but I have not received an item shipped over 4 months ago, paid insurance and they couldn't care less.
