UPDATE - I received a response from Dinkleboo, based on this review, right away. The company "re-did" my Christmas cards and had them rush shipped to me, free of charge. They turned out much better than the original, and I was able to get them out in time for Christmas. I appreciate the customer service representative that worked so hard to make a bad experience, much better.

I am a first time customer of Dinkleboo, and after receiving our Christmas Cards (100 count) this past weekend, I am not impressed. The picture that I submitted for the card was taken from a very expensive Nikon camera, and the picture/quality is very clear (I have one printed off and in a frame on my desk). However.the Christmas cards came back EXTREMELY blurry. Especially all 4 of our faces. It looks like it is the type of card stock that was usedbut regardless, they are not acceptable to be mailed out. When I contacted customer service about this, it took 4 days for them to respond (I actually had to send a second email before I got any reply). They stated that my picture that I submitted looks out of focus (which it 100% is NOT), which is why it printed blurry. And that if I want to reorder using a different picture, I will "only" have to pay the $20+ in shipping.
There is no way I am paying another shipping charge over $20 to repeat an order that should have been done correctly in the first place. My picture was not in the slightest bit blurry... but let's just say for a moment that it was... where was the call or email asking me if I wanted to proceed before printing and sending 100 blurry Christmas cards? Very unprofessional. And extremely unhappy with the quality of our cards. Total disappointment.
