Bought a battery and within a month the threading came loose. I bought 2 more and the second one arrived with the threading loose. I tried to talk to customer service which had 59 hoops to go through to finally get to route who said I was out of my insurance window. Hemper pretty much told me that if their product is defective on arrival, they hold absolutely no liability. The fact that I had to send at least 4 emails repeatedly asking WHO DO I SPEAK TO ABOUT MY CLAIM IF NOT YOU and them refusing to tell me who what or why just really speaks volumes. I have officially wasted 80$ on unusable batteries.
