Dylan was incredibly helpful and went to extremes to see that my issues were addressed. Asher was exceptional at answering my questions and overseeing the transfer.
It was a relatively painless experience, with no technical issues.
The only reason for 4 stars is the company's lack of phone or live chat support with technical services. This is the only company whom I researched that does not offer this as part of their higher-end offering.
As specified ad nauseum, I do not love a support ticket-only style of customer service. I prefer speaking to an educated and experienced tech support representative whenever possible; alternatively, live chat with such a representative is the second best solution. This is for speed and efficiency. Ticket-based solutions are just too slow and tend to draw out the process.
That said, the team was exemplary.
