Ordered name labels for my daughters. Received most (not all of the labels) I ordered as well as some labels for some other little boy (that I obviously did not order). So we were missing some of our labels and this little boy is probably missing some of his. I took the time to write a detailed (and very nice) note to customer service (along w/ photos of the labels and all order numbers) alerting them of the mix up. It has been over a week and I have heard NOTHING from them. I would never use a company that cannot get back to me in a week to correct THEIR error.
