Ordered pillows for $117. Pillows supposedly shipped, tracking shows delivery to PO Box in different city. Supplied my correct address again to correct issue and was informed they would not ship because address was same that I had originally provided. They submitted a partial refund. So I paid money to receive nothing. I have emailed support back to see if I can get the rest of my money back, but based on other similar reviews I am reading, I am not hopeful of recovering my money without legal action.
