An awful e-commerce operator. I bought something they didn't have and they processed a refund into their own wallet system that cannot be used by non Thais.
They then insisted on giving me a voucher.
Second order same thing. Got a message from the supplier saying he couldn't deliver the goods as he didn't have them. He pleaded with me to cancel.
Lazada customer service is extremely poor. I still don't have a refund 2 weeks after payment.
