My experience is that it's just a group of complainers who like to $#*! and talk about local/state issues but have no incentive to do anything but complain. They don't take action in writing to their local representatives or even voting for government officials. They just like to complain and bully people who don't agree with them.

I tried doing a store pick-up but it kept directing me to the San Mateo store, rather than the Walnut Creek Store. I tried changing it but the web site wouldn't let me so I opted for home delivery.
